Only 4 trucks selling tamales and 3 trucks ran out of tamales by 10 pm living one truck. And the lines were 2 hour waiting. I spend most of my time in line, instead of enjoying the fest. The only reason I dint leave is because I had already bought the tickets for the tamales. For events like this one you need 12 or more food trucks to ease off on time waiting in line. This is the 2nd time I go to events in Las Cruces and it's the same. I don't understand why they can't see that, it's anoying waiting in line for 2 or more hour.for food. Zero stars for the tamales. - 3 Tamale trucks, one sold out immediately and closed; second one had 1 tamale (Green Chili Brisket) which was tiny, dry and had a strip of brisket: third one had tamales, but also ran out and all of a sudden had more tamales. Had to wait in line for 40 minutes for something that was not worth eating.
