Took my 65” LG to get my back lights replaced. When I got home I noticed my screen had been Pitted from the inside out. I notified Sals and immediately with out looking they blamed me that it’s how I traveled home something must have hit it ? as they were hoping it was the end of the call ? I further explained it’s from the inside out. They agreed to come and see it for themselves … after daily calls it took Sal 5 days to get here just so he could tell me that upon transport to their repair shop the heat of the sun melted the TV backing causing that small Pitted area … even a first grader can tell it’s the tip of a Philips screw driver point or pointed object NOT A BACKING OF A TV that possibly caused the inside out pitted area on the screen. I’ve been in Las Cruces since 1987 and Sal has done minor repairs which I am grateful. He just repaired my Klipsch Pro Media package. I attempted to go with the EDIFIER QR30 during the Amazon Prime weekend. The EDIFIER arrived with a faulty speaker. I decided to get the Klipsch repaired. It was worth it. Sals came through again! Sal's is a very busy shop. I found them to be fair and their work is good. I took my suround sound reciever in expecting them to say they didn't work on them. When all was said and done it is working like new. I appreciate local business talent and I do recommend Sal's. They saved me the hastle having to install a whole new system....
