Their 5G is a scam, they took my trade in phone and sent it off the next day (even though I called and immediately told them I was having problems with their service don't send my phone off yet I can't promise I'll keep the service) and did not honor their trade in policy for a $280 prepaid Visa. I live on the map with "5G" coverage and my average speed was 28KBS that's not even dialup speeds. Their technical support didn't know what he was doing saying he had to adjust the towers I was using that dropped all internet and then text me a link to follow? Really? I had to return the phone, argue about the restock fee, out my trade in phone because "they can't track it", go back to Verizon with no phone and buy one completely new after paying off the balance of my phone T-mobile took, then T-mobile still sent me a bill for $29, I called again talked to a manager where they said they would fix the bill, then a week later the bill was drafted out of my account. Read moreI stopped in here knowing that I did not want to be helped by Leslie because she is incredibly condescending, snide, and careless. I go in to return my phone because of technical issues and no one else is able to help me but Leslie. I get very uncomfortable with her and she tells me that the restocking fee is going to be $70 no matter if there are technical issues with the phone or not. She offers no assistance with the fee, does not show any sort of empathy or human connection, and she has a smirk on her face the entire time that makes me really upset. At this point, she makes it known she doesn't care for my issues and doesn't want to help me. I just want to leave the store at this point with a working phone, so I pay all the fees and taxes to be on my way. But not before she maliciously adds insurance and other added features onto my account without my permission. I just found out about all of this today and had to call customer service to have it all fixed. I cannot believe a person like Leslie is allowed to represent T-Mobile and help out guests with incredibly malicious, predatory and deceiving sales tactics in order to make money. Read moreNot only was I lied to about the coverage. I don't get service at work. But I've spoken with customer service several times and still have not had any issue resolved. During one of my phone calls with customer support the call was dropped and the CSR had to call me back. A message that was sent to me at 6:13 pm wasn't downloaded till 8:48 pm. I recieved voicemails without ever having received a phone call. The business I am in requires my phone to be on and working properly all the time. Aside from the dropped calls and text message problems my data connections is horrible as well. Even when the service indicator has full bars and the 4GLTE signal no data pages load and error messages stating "cannot connect to server" appear. Also, only having the phone from 02/03/2015 till today 4/18/2015 my phone has frozen and shut off several times. IM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH T-MOBILE and if wasn't for the customer service representative telling me I would have to pay "a little over 900$" to terminate service with Tmobile, and that's just for the phones, I would have terminated T-MOBILE one month into...
