Lotus Boba Tea — Restaurant in Las Cruces

The drink was wonderful. However, the customer service was lacking. I had inquired about the cost of the large beverage for the drink I was getting. The cashier said it would be 50 cents extra. I said lets go ahead and do that while knodding my head yes. When she went over the order it was muffled because the mask, there was a screen protectant and the music was fairly loud. So, when she mumbled the order I couldn't hear what she was saying but I assumed it was fine because I literally asked about the price said yes and knodded my head when she asked if I wanted the large. So, once it comes out its the smaller size and I said I orered the large. The other girl was not sincerely empathetic or apologetic at all I felt! She never apologized and there was no compensation for messing up the order. The lady said well on the screen it said a regular, and keep in mind though we never got a recipient. So, I could not even look at it to verify because I would have surely corrected it. I would appreciate a little bit better customer service and I was frustrated because the girl messed up!!!! Even if it said it on the screen at the end if the day she was not listening or paying attention or whatever. My partner was with me and they 100 percent could attest to me directly inquiring about a large and telling her I wanted it. I may or may not...

Super great place. The drinks are absolutely delicious. I've tried the "Butterfly Pea Tea with Lemon Juice" and the mango smoothie, while my sister has tried quite a few other options. The drinks are always incredibly good. I'm someone who dislikes tea and the tapioca pearls found in boba... but this was incredibly good. The Butterfly Pea Tea that I got felt incredibly refreshing and beyond tasty. I opted to get the passionfruit poppers instead of traditional boba and I'm now in love. I always get their Chai tea with boba or their milk tea with boba. Their Thai tea is also really good. I really love their texture of boba, and it’s always delicious. Their staff is always helpful and friendly. I wish they had a bigger size because it’s really good. There was a boba place when I lived in phoenix that would do a “Tea Pass” where you paid like $30 or $35 a month and could go get a boba tea everyday if you wanted.
