Arbosana Olive Oil — Local services in Las Vegas

I knew from their website that they carried over 60 different olive oils and balsamic vinegars, but I was still so amazed when I walked in and saw them all. Very impressive. From about a dozen non-flavored, high polyphenol oils from many different countries (Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Greece, Chile, USA, etc.), to dozens of flavor infused oils and vinegars (fig, coconut, butter, white truffle, basil, peach, lemon, garlic, blood orange, oregano, espresso, cucumber, Gravenstein Apple, and many more), there’s almost too many to choose from. The owner, Derek (sorry if I got the spelling wrong), was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He had many great and interesting suggestions on how to use some of the flavored oils and vinegars. There aren’t many oil and vinegar stores in Las Vegas and I don’t think any of them have even half the selection that Arbosana has. Highly recommend this store. I was so happy to find Arbosana Olive Oil since Big Horn Olive Oil had closed. They were at the Farmer’s Market @ Bruce Trent Park but have a tasting room opening soon.

Talking to the vendor I discovered that this was the company that Big Horn Olive Oil used so it is the same product.

The vendor was was very helpful answering all of my questions and I also learned a lot hanging around and listening to him answer questions and talking to other customers.

There were samples available which were quite good and one taste sold me on the Milanese Gremolata olive oil with the Sicilian Lemon balsamic vinegar.

One of the great things about Arbosana is that they have a list of what infused olive oil pairs well with a balsamic vinegar that they have.
