LaLa Photography — Local services in Las Vegas

Their work is so good that no matter what may intervene the outcome is completely worth the obstacle. If I was cold hearted I'd probably give them 3, 2 or maybe even 1 star but I'm not. The day of my appointment the elevator wasn't working. I was there with my one year old, a stroller, and one of those 30 dollar helium tanks. We managed to make it up the stairs thanks to someone from Lalaphotography who was happening to pass by. The day of my viewing... I got scheduled to work so I sent out dad to pick out the pictures... he said and I quote "you and _ look so pretty in all the photos I couldn't pick" So their staff saw how undecided he was that they rescheduled us (something I was really happy about). We also had to make it to that appointment because then the rescheduling fee would be 20 something dollars. At our viewing their connection started to fail. We were only able to view a few pictures in the slideshow mode. After we picked out our pictures we were told the pictures would be available at their website at the latest 8 pm that night... they weren't. We kept checking everyday and nothing. 6 days after the pictures were supposed to have been posted we emailed LaLa Photography concerning our pictures and they responded as soon as they opened the studio. They had the pictures up that day! I'm really happy with their work (my first time in a studio like that) I had previously taken photos of my baby at the mall and they were not this good. Price was the same for the amount. But the quality that LaLa Photography provides is GRRRRREAT and I am not quoting Tony the Tiger on that :). Moral of the story La La Photography is...

This place used to my favorite. I took my maternity pictures, couple my son's birthday and my daughter's new born picture over here. Now I don't think I have ever come back again. I am supposed to have $25 credit in my account due to some past incident, the person (Amber) handled this back that time promised me will record under my account and can be used for future. Few days ago, I am trying to apply it for my new purchase, the new staff denied it saying she doesn't know who amber is and can't fine any record about the credit on my account. I even showed her the text message between me and Amber for the credit and she still showing the attitude that she doesn't trust me. As a consumer, I don't know what I can do at that point. To me, it is insulting that you don't trust what I told you after I showed you the text message and it's not my fault that your ex employee didn't do what they promise to do. The attitude the staff gave to me is very disrespectful through so many rounds questions and still makes me feel like I am the one looks suspicious that try to lie about $25. I truly felt hurt. We took our newborn twins in for their newborn photos. I have 3 other grandchildren children and I’ve taken all their photos. This time I decided it would be easier to take them to a professional because it’s two babies and it’s a lil more complicated to handle. I figured They were experts and they’d know how to handle twins. The photographer was very sweet and asked us what colors we wanted so I told her I wanted navy, gray and white. She gave us some option on outfits but they didn’t really have much to choose for twin boys. I told her I brought my own if she didn’t have matching ones. She gave us 2 options and even though I was very specific on my colors. She added a teal. I figured she’s the expert she knows what she’s doing. Come to find out she’s only been doing this for a year. Picture review day….My daughter couldn’t come with me so I ended up paying for all the images with fees and images paid around $700. Sad to say there was maybe 7 images that were worth printing. Some were blurry and sad where not worthy of printing. There is additional fee for twins they really need to work on their skills for twins or have an assistant . I was holding off on posting a review but it really upsets me to have paid so much for just a few...
