Recommended for people who love a Neapolitan style pizza, casual eating such as business/personal meetings or date nights. Not recommended for large parties unless you plan to book the entire restaurant and tip well (it's not a large place, but isn't tiny either) and not recommended for people expecting Americanized pizza hot out of the oven, or for people looking for a high end fancy establishment.

My mother and I visited on Monday August 7th 2023 for our first time and the experience and food were phenomenal. The restaurant off of Saraha is cozy, it's not very big and it isn't too fancy, but it has just enough classiness that regardless of how you are dressed you'll fit in. The service was impeccable, and where my mother and I were seated we were next to a little computer kiosk with a phone for the staff to use so we saw several members of the staff and how they interacted with customers in person and on the phone. We took advantage of the day of the week special (which in our case was Margherita Monday) which allowed us to get a discount and one free topping which we decided to split to only one half of the pizza and chose a prosciutto crudo. We also ordered a cold beet salad (there is a warm/hot option as well) and for drinks my mother had their unsweetened iced tea while I enjoyed their Moscow Mule (which was also on special for $5). Both drinks were exceptionally good. We ordered a single salad and a single margherita pizza to start. Both were excellent with fresh ingredients. Our server was an absolutely wonderful and helpful young lady named Jaymie whom I would request again on our next visit as she made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions as well as humor me when I would go off on a brief anecdote. All of the staff were just as cordial, courteous, and helpful from what we could see. We were also given three bottles of either olive oil or balsamic vinegar for our food as a condiment, and the spiced olive oil packed a great deal of spicy heat without burning off all of your taste buds. The salad greens looked like they were fresh picked and washed just before reaching out table. The pizza is a true Neapolitan style, a thin yet al dente (soft yet firm) crust and every ingredient felt as if it came right off the vine/plant or from the peak of freshness. The pizza isn't going to be piping hot The prosciutto crudo was delicious and not overly salty. Mondays are usually their busiest evenings, and it was rather busy after we were seated shortly after 5pm, yet all our food and drinks were served promptly. Even the bussing of tables was done efficiently and timely. The place never got too loud to hold a conversation, no loud music, and a surprisingly courteous and respectful patronage whom kept their volume manageable. We also tried their cannoli and their zeppolis for dessert. Best cannolis west of New York, and the zeppolis (Like an Italian doughnut filled with Nutella) were amazing. The only minor areas where I think the restaurant could improve were putting a little more basil on our margherita pizza since there was only one leaf per slice (though Jaymie did bring us some fresh leaves once I made mention the pizza could use more, so the service made up quite a bit for this), and that the host/hostess podium was just a bit too close to the restaurant entrance, since as we were leaving a group of five to six entered without enough space for all of them to stand comfortably without feeling as if they were in the way which caused an awkward moment for the sixth man to position himself until he ultimately stood outside to hold the door open for us as we left (again the patronage of this restaurant is so respectful and courteous), and lastly the knives weren't quite sharp enough despite the suggestion of serration on the blades to cut through our pizza (if you don't know it's not uncommon for a Neapolitan pizza to be eaten with a fork and knife given the thin crust). Thinner crust also means less carbs. This was our favorite restaurant experience in the years we've lived in...

We stopped in wanting to sample a variety of menu items, and overall, everything we tried was solid.

What We Tried: • Misto Platter (Charcuterie Board) – We’re charcuterie fans, so this was a must. Settebello offers separate cheese and mortadella platters, but we went with the Misto to get the best of both. It didn’t include a sweet element, so we added a side of apricot jam - a great call since we love a good salty/sweet combo. With that addition, we really enjoyed it.

• Focaccia Bread (served with Misto) – Likely just their pizza dough brushed with olive oil and seasoning. Not a traditional focaccia, but light and flavorful, and a nice touch with the platter.

• Bruschetta – A standout dish. Fresh and vibrant, with a pesto base that added a really nice depth of flavor. Easily one of our favorite bites of the visit. NOTE: The photo shows two slices, but it actually comes with three - we just got a little overeager when it hit the table because we were hungry and it looked great.

• Margherita DOC Pizza – A classic done well. Light and balanced with a good crisp crust and soft chew to the dough. Though we do wish it had come with more basil; as you’ll see from the photo, it was a bit sparse.

• Tiramisu – Tasty, but nothing to write home about.

Gelato – • Strawberry Cheesecake and Banana Dulce de Leche were both a bit too sweet for our taste. • Bourbon Apple Crisp was the standout here - think apple pie a la mode, flipped into a gelato take on dessert comfort food.

Final Thoughts: Overall a good experience. A few small tweaks would elevate it, but the food is flavorful, the presentation is thoughtful, and we’d definitely be open to returning...

My experience was as follows. Entered in un reserved at around 8pm. We were very casually dressed, ( like flip flops swim trunks and concert tshirts. ) I felt we would be ok, but somehow I thought I was underdressed for a nicer atmosphere. When the host finally arrived ( 2 minutes) he said we were ok and sat us down. Very friendly. The place had 4 other tables. 1 large party..( they had table clothes...musta been a special group) all the rest wood tops. Place seemed clean. We waited little bit longer than I was comfortable waiting for a server, but he did come and he was way nice and all of the staff were the same. We were cleaned up in between courses, offered new plates etc.our meal was a panzanella salad, meatballs and prosciutto fig pizza for finsh.

All timed well.

Now..the food. Definitely disagree with their use of dried prosciutto ( they call it crispy) I call it tasteless hard and distracting from an otherwise good salag

Meatballs ..amazing.

Pizza all around worked but..the oven was obviously not hot enough as we had a very flimsy pizza. The use of fig jam should have been monitored and portioned thinner..I felt like I was eating a jelly sandwich after I had to fold up the pizza .

The over all impression I have is fair value for a local eatery that could be better with just a little more attention to the products produced. I'd go back...but not in...

If you know true Neapolitan pizza, there's nothing else that will fill the void when the desire for one takes over. I first fell in love with it in its birth place of Naples, and now look for my love everywhere I go. Unfortunately, I have found few places worthy of even uttering its sacred name. Then I found Settebello. I didn't need a menu. There are certain ways my love shows up and calls to me, this, the quattro stagioni, is one. Jake knew exactly what I meant as I voiced my hunger. And when it came, all doubt was put to rest. A perfectly chewy and charred crust, holding quality ingredients, laying in front of me, offering itself. I savored every bite and tried to make it last but it was over all too soon. But what a pizza! Completely satisfied, I know I will be back. This beautiful slice of Italy's greatest gift to the world (IMHO) will keep calling to me and I will refuse to be strong in the midst of it. I will come to experience my love again and again, thankful for this place that understands what true Neapolitan pizza tastes like and what true love looks like.

Excellent pizza. The taste reminded me of Italy when we lived there. It took me back to Italy and those beautiful memories. The pizza is unique and very good. The pizza is thin crust and cooked in a 1000 degree oven, so it cooks in a few minutes. Eating there is the best way of experiencing a true taste of traditional Italian pizza. This is not a good place for take out or leftovers. The pizza doesn't reheat well. This pizza is traditional Napoletana style pizza with a nice soft yet chewy crust, fired in a wood oven, and classical toppings like prosciutto. Yummy! I love their dessert Nutella pizza , so delicious, sweet! A must try for any pizza lover ! This is not where you go to get American style pizza. It is an authentic Italian style pizza. A huge difference! Service was great and very welcoming on our visit and there were lots of choices on the menu to suit different tastes. Whatever you order from the menu you can’t go wrong, every pizza is delicious and has a unique flavor. Overall: Excellent food, great, friendly service!! Highly recommended!
