Of course the owner responds for a second time now many months after the fact. Iām not suprised because sheās beyond rude and harassing which is why Iām using my middle name. She likes to leave harassing text on peopleās phones if she doesnāt like your review.. Not everyone should own a yoga studio point proven. I went there over a year ago. The response is not truthful because I did 30 days of classes and no teacher cleaned the floors back then it was sweaty floors we all walked on. Things have obviously changed since then with cleanliness. The room also doesnāt hold 24 mats comfortably thatās also untrue. 24 mats means you are right next to someone else with no space. I had to edit this twice after the owners response. I was there over a year ago and at that time it was gross and unsanitary but i talked to someone who teaches there now and the owner makes all the teachers clean up for past year. Also if you leave a truthfull negative review be prepared the owner will leave a special text message on your phone, which wonāt be nice. I previously had this many months ago. I will list pros and cons of this place. 1) they are one of the few studios that still offers Bikram type classes plus many others. I wish my studio now had some Bikram type classes my neck and back need it 2) the front desk, teachers and members are are so very nice and helpful. I ran into few people I knew from other studios. 3) this studio offers a lot of great yoga classes and it focuses on yoga mostly which can be a plus.4) the humidity is consistently amazing in the hot class which Tru-Fusion itās inconsistent. 4) the locker room and shower were maintained and clean. Even with all of this I still went back to Tru-Fusion. I will say the teachers and members at this studio are welcoming itās a smaller studio vibe which I loved. Now here are the cons 1)They made one of the rooms long ago by putting up a wall dividing it years ago. It completely ruined the heated yoga experience now itās in another tiny room. 2)The heated yoga room barely has room for 15 but they pack it to 24 and then itās cramped. 3)This is the smallest heated room Iāve ever done yoga in. If you enjoy having peoples sweat on you this is the place. It doesnāt seem that they hire cleaners who clean the floors after every single class like other studios. They instead force the teachers to do it. I felt a bit annoyed walking on sweaty nasty floors after hot yoga that were not cleaned up right away with disinfectant. I give this 5 stars because the teachers and people who go here have great energy, and are beyond nice. Also 5 stars for the overall studio and how helpful the teachers and the great energy they bring. This place seems to be well run by nice employees. 4) I give this 1 star for cleanliness only while inside this tiny heated room . While the teacher is walking around the cramped tiny room dripping sweat on your face you feel slightly disgusted but itās only due to small size room. The other yoga room is larger and would have made more sense. Iām honestly just disgusted by having another member grabbing my mat sweating on it during one stretch simply because there was no room. Ironically I happened to know him from other studios but his leg was dangling over my mat and his arm was on my mat and sweat was everywhere. Itās just not relaxing or a good stress release having teachers and students dripping their sweat all over your mat during class. Most yoga rooms are big enough for the teacher to set up their mat and hold the pose for a few seconds to demonstrate but not here thereās no room. Itās just not the best environment to practice in.This studio has a lot of positive reasons to go and some negative reasons. For me the cleanly factor and size of heated room were what persuaded me elsewhere. If you can get past that then this is a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been practicing Hot Yoga at POWER Y+P+F for over 5 years. There are three rooms: one is for practice in Infrared heat, one is advanced Reformer Pilates; and then, MY favorite room - the Hot Yoga room. Now, I have 13+ years of "26+2 bikram style" experience: in Los Angeles - West and the Valley, in Orange County, in the Greater Seattle area, in Miami, Washington, D.C., at several studios world-wide - and let me tell you - this is THE BEST (i.e., hottest and sweatiest) Hot Yoga room and experience you can find on the West Coast. Perhaps most important are the people: here the Hot Yoga instructors are simply THE BEST. Each one of them carries tremendous experience and knowledge, as well as kindness and "chill-ness" (because some Bikram studios have given themselves an overly strict aura, but NEVER is that true here!) to have my highest gratitude and recommendations for anyone out there. The students also form a Community. The owner - Cindy - is incredibly intelligent, naturally a true lynchpin for this Community, genuinely based on my personal experiences and observations over 5 years. Now, I am a professional circus artist, a performer, and maintaining a near-daily Hot Yoga practice ... keeps me on top of my game. It helps with my training and recovery, helps my strength and vitality leap from 75% to 110% in 90 minutes. Yes, I am an experimenter: I have tried MOST other places in Vegas over these 5 years. Some of the "hyped-up" places... they talk the talk, but you won't get the heat, nor the Community, nor the depth of yogic training, nor the results - from detox and weight loss to life-changing transformations. I am now certain: if you want the best hot yoga studio (also: Reformer Pilates, unique workshops, yin and meditation, and other forms of yoga practices), you must check out this studio. Chances are you will call it your home (if you are like me)... For the quality of the practice you receive, the intensity of the heat (which is EQUALLY welcoming to first timers, beginners through advanced practitioners), and the quality of the teachers and staff, and students: I recommend coming to this studio. Once each day, if you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSince Iāve been on this fitness journey it has taken me a lot of unexpected (and some familiar) places. A new consideration for me now when traveling is keeping up a routine. Not only do I make sure that I have a gym in wherever I stay but that I also have access to other active options. Routine DOESNāT HAVE to be so routine. Itās more about consistency, achieving goals and pursuing peace of mind. That being said I wanted to explore the outskirts from the Las Vegas Strip so I got a great deal on a package on thru the MindBody App. Worth every penny! To say this special 2hr offering at POWER YOGA + PILATES + FITNESS was transcendent would truly be an understatement. Our guides had everything from gongs, drums, indigenous vocals and scented oils to ease us into what would ultimately be a third eye awakening for me. After class our guides shared about themselves and what they do as a team. They asked us if weād like to share anything that happened or anything we experienced during the mediation; lots of us did and afterwards the conversation transitioned to what we were all doing in Vegas, etc. I said I hated to leave so soon but it was getting late and I had to do āthe uptown boogieā if I wanted to catch the EAST SAHARA bus. And then I received an amazing act of kindness from the studio owner, Cindy. Cindy asked if I lived in the area. I told her I was just visiting Vegas on one of my yearly pilgrimages. She asked where I was staying and then offered to give me a ride back. My mouth dropped open. I asked āyouād really do that!?!ā she said āwe (women) gotta take care of each otherā And it was so evident to me that she does just that with her business. The staff was so pleasant and gushed how much they and the members love her. The studio is well organized, offering many daily classes. Itās clean but not stuffy. The ladies locker room is well appointed. Everything feels warm and inviting (especially the HOT YOGA CLASSES lol). In my book this is a 5 star āļø establishment with a dash extra for heart š #MadameLovesYou Canāt wait...
