Great experience. I went there for the fat freeze CoolSculpting procedure buy recommendation of a girlfriend that does hair in this salon. They actually have the body sculpting out of the Tenaya Way Body Spa location. My treatment was awesome I was very impressed and satisfied. CJ met with me for a consultation and answered all of my questions and my concerns about the process were satisfied. Karlee was the body sculpt technician that performed the fat freezing treatment. I paid less than half of what one session of CoolSculpting brand would have cost and it's the same process only using a different brand machine. Just knowing it was the same technology at less than half the cost was a great selling point and they were so professional and helpful explaining the entire sequence of treatment processs. I had CoolSculpting done at another place by a plastic surgeon and I paid nearly $1,500 just for my love handles at that place. And at fat freeze body-sculpting I got my love handles treated both sides at the same time because they have to vacuum handles unlike the CoolSculpting which took double the time for the freezing. And then after that process with the CoolSculpting they just sent me home and Karlee actually performed an additional 5 procedures during my one session. They did something called ultrasonic cavitation for cellulite and then another procedure called RF Photon radio frequency it was kind of warm but it's for skin tightening and toning and they also did laser lipo using these pads with about 10 little laser light diodes on them and that was about half an hour it was very relaxing. Next I was placed on a whole body vibration plate for about 10 minutes. It felt really great afterwards it was like having a workout for an hour. And then they wrapped me with a ProbioSlim cold gel wrap. In all I think it was about 2 hours total but it was a great value I felt like I got my money's worth. and these guys actually matched their own Groupon price! I purchased a package of two treatments so I'm going back again in a month hopefully I can post some awesome results photos for you guys÷ I make my living with my appearance and has a server at the pools and clubs I definitely needed to get rid of the last 2in of stubborn belly fat and love handles. This seems to be working very well already I'm so excited to see the final results after it kills off half my fat cells I should be looking my very best! I'm grateful that they threw in all the bonus for skin tightening and cellulite and collagen production so I don't have loose saggy skin after losing fat cells. First visiting this place 9/23/24, had a bad experience. Got a mani and pedi done. The lady cut my pinky toe and it hurts to walk. The lights were shut off due to some type of emergency. They were doing my nails in the dark. I kept declining to do my hands because there was no electricity in the building but they insisted I finish. I got gel white polish nothing special and it was all bumpy like a child polished my nails. I paid $165 the most I’ve ever paid for hand and feet service ever! I had to try to use the flash light on my phone for my feet to be polished. The lady was polishing my feet on the floor while she was kneeling on the ground. I went back today 9/24/24 and asked them to refix the mistakes. I was told by Judith who works in front that she doesn’t specialize in that and that she couldn’t polish my hands. Not to mention the day before I spent over 3 hours in this building! Ridiculous! She was the one that offered services to me when I first walked in how can she not know how to polish my hands. I am a licensed contractor at this salon and have received services from here as well. The management cares about their licensees and their customers. Anything they can do to make your experience enjoyable, they try to achieve. They respond to requests in a timely manner. It has a great atmosphere to work in. I enjoy my space. My clients are quite happy with the salon and their time with me.
