The store over charging all the customers on sales taxes for 2 months. On 7/28, I bought 4 drinks and discovered in the receipt that they charged 8.46% for NV sales tax, which the actual sales tax should be 8.38%. I called and told them the problem and they promised will look into the system and fix it. On 8/17, we bought 2 drinks and again, they over charged on sales tax. I called and asked to talk to the manager , But the guys that claimed he is the manager did not understand what I was talking about. So I went there and showed them the receipt. Then, they said their Manager was not here and the guys that talked to me was just pretending he is the manager. They said they will have the manager called me. I asked for the name of the person who talked to me and all three staffs refused to provide their names and asked me to leave. And they said if I am not happy with their services, just leave and don't come back. Can't trust these people. The problem was not like a $0.01 or $0.02 cents that they are over charging. We bought some teas today in the evening, and holy heck, I have never tasted a tea so bitter, ridiculously overbearingly strong, beyond over-steeped. I get regular sweetness, and there was barely even a subtle sweetness to be hinted at by the pearls with the tea being so unbearably strong. I can’t even get a hint of the roasted brown sugar, which I recall tasting delectable last time. I’m trying to fix one of them (the empty one - the roasted flavored Okinawa one) and hoping for the best, but it won’t be the same as enjoying it freshly made with the shop’s ingredients. I enter after him and then he goes behind the counter and continues to ignore me.
