The customer service here from the actual workers is awesome. I had ordered a takeout meal after grocery shopping late the other night and got home to find out instead of a Tofu Teriyaki bowl I received chicken instead. Unfortunately by the time I got home and unloaded my groceries and was ready to eat, I saw this mistake and the restaurant had closed.
The next day I called them right after getting home from work for the day, no manager or supervisor was available to speak to me but the worker I spoke to tried his best to remedy the situation and told me to come by to get the food re-made, since I wasn't able to eat it the night before.
When I arrived, the worker said he had spoke to his manager and the manager said that I would have had to "bring the food back in with me" and they would not remake the food unless I paid for half of it again. What kind of asinine policy is that? I'm not holding onto food I can't eat for an entire day just to bring it back when I'm able to. You should learn to trust your workers and not think that every customer is trying to scam you.
I have never had an issue with this location in the past, but I would absolutely make sure you get a receipt, check your food before leaving the restaurant, and hope that they believe you instead of making you pay for half of your meal...

This is my 3rd edit over the course of 1 year this place went in my review from 4.5 then down to 3 (when they started buying cheaper ingredients) and now it’s 1 if I could drop it lower I would. The people answering the phone and taking orders CANT SPEAK ENGLISH!!! I wish I was kidding. My order was so messed up (it was really easy 4 bowls 2 orange chicken 2 reg chicken) that’s it. But she didn’t understand anything I said I guess. I paid $50 and only got 3 jr bowls which wasn’t enough food! So not only did I pay for dinner but then I had to get home and cook too bc when I got home and Called to tell them about the mistake it was 3 min past closing time so they couldn’t fix it. And I was in there and then called 4 min or less after leaving (I live right behind the building) and she acted like she didn’t remember me. Hahaha it was totally ridiculous. I enjoy having Chicken & Veggies together instead of Most Choices of Hamburgers! However I do have ISUES When I Order Food & Get CHARGED For Leaving Items OFF! I Have Real "Issues" with Veggies like Cabbage & Onions, Raw Or Lightly Cooked! I asked the Man to Leave Those Items OFF My Bowl, which I Should Do Able To Do, they Are Seperate B4 the Food Is Cooked & Your Advertising PROMOTES CHOICES!
