Having a career in sales I knew that the sale would have a lot to do with the realtor representing the home. Brigitte met with me and presented her "plan" for how we would sell my longtime family home. We were selling in a pandemic with strict rules for showings. Brigitte knew how she would handle the requests and showings. There were things to be done if we wanted our asking price. Brigitte told me what needed to be done. Yikes, where would I find the people to help?! Electricians, painters, construction repairs, windows cleaning and more! Brigitte sent me a list of people to contact fo do the work. They were all reputable, very nice and had reasonable pricing! AND they all spoke about what a wonderful person Brigitte is. I was totally overwhelmed by a family tragedy, and a garage filled to the brim with "stuff". I just didn't know how I (1 person) would get all of this work done. Without Brigitte's guidance, step by step, I would have become overwhelmed and sold it as is, for a much lower price. Brigitte presented herself as knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She took care of everything and anything that I needed help with. She sold the house to the second couple that came in. They liked her and trusted her. They loved the house but were in the beginning stages of selling their family home. Brigitte kept showing my home as she worked with them and their realtor to help make I it happen. She is not pushy at all and she gives you your space. We flew in three times to check out different neighborhoods and surrounding cities (Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Carlsbad, and San Diego) then Brigette recommended Dana Point, and boy were we surprised and fell in love with this are. We had no idea this GEM was here. A few days after that and we went ahead and found the perfect home for us.

While we were back in Texas, she continuously communicated with us via FaceTime, email and text and showed us a few more homes and toured them for us. She made sure we were comfortable with location, community and overall home. We decided to lease the home in Dana Point to get familiar with the area prior to making a final decision (at that time they were offering only a nine month lease but we submitted an offer with twelve months and they accepted.)

We have been very happy with the landlord and home. In the meantime Brigitte is also helping us with find our next place and this time it will be a purchase as we have done a lot of research and visited many neighborhoods while we have been leOverall she is very diligent and it’s been a pleasure working with her. We highly value her work and it’s well appreciated.

She is very familiar with a lot of the areas, and if she has a doubt, she researched and gets the job done even if it’s a little outside her area. I highly recommend her hands down she is a great person and an amazing realtor.
