You know in this day and age 99% of everything is ran by rotten people!!. So one has to be extremely careful of making large purchases at the time like this because people just have lost every good bone in their bodies, they’re either stealing your money. They’re either misleading you down the road one way or another. It is hard to find someone you can trust And when you luck up And find that person that you get that good feeling that you literally can trust this person, that feeling is platinum gold!!. She is the one that really has your interest at hand and she can and will go over her work profile to make sure the job is done right now. I work with her on looking for a property in Las Vegas, we found one she diligently did the work and found a nice one. The only reason why it did not go through was because of. HOA’s and if anybody knows about the HOA, you have to really be careful because they build upon a bunch of homeowners that have zero knowledge on how to do what they think they can do and when the CCR came back to me, we found things in there that I did not agree with, so long story short, although we did not complete that transaction I felt she was still do some sort of compensation so I compensated this woman because I felt she deserved it and if she was licensed to sell throughout any part of the world I would use her in every phase of purchasing no matter where I would be in this world that’s how platinum gold she is...
