I really don’t even want to give any stars. And I’m not gona put the problem I had with a realtor on the whole company an act like I had a bad experience with the whole company. I will just call out the one realtor I dealt with at this company. I reached out to an Erica Brown. I came across her while selling hair. She gave me her card. I reach out to her mths later requesting for her help to sale my condo (3bd 2bth). I expressed to her that I wanted to sale my condo and find something bigger. I expressed to her that my credit wasn’t in good condition for a traditional mortgage. She explained that there was something called owner financing. So I said ok. My experience with Erica was combative arguments here and there. She wasn’t patient with me and my decision making. She gave energy that she was in it to make her profit. I have a family of 7! This lady expected me to sale my condo FIRST! and then look for a place and move out within 30-60 days. She even asked if I was willing to stay at a hotel or weekly suite until we found something. She only sent me 1 list to review for some houses. But during this whole 30 days of working with Erica brown it was unmanageable. I felt she was pressuring me into selling my condo but wanted to wait for the sale just to even look at other homes for me & my family to move into!! She was short with me when she herd stuff she didn’t agree with coming from me. And she was VERY! Disrespectful!! I dooooo NOT recommend Erica Brown as a realtor like at all!!! She has some more growth to do to become a real professional realtor. She was snobby. Inpatinet. We started at 275k then every week she kept requesting to lower my price. Which is understandable so I lowered it down to 250k. But then when I made the decision that I wasn’t going to sale anymore she was pissed!!! And we got into a whole dam argument!!! Like it got real personal!!! Smh she told me to trust her, I confided in her. Only for things to prove I couldn’t trust her & she used some of it against me like it got real nasty. Never have I ever. If I could give a zero rating they definitely deserve it. I put my trust into one of their agents to represent me in a long distance purchase. The agent only represented herself, and when there were contingencies in place that I wanted regarding repairs, I was blatantly lied to regarding them. I was sent a voice message stating everything on the contingency list for the sale was completed. I was not able to come back across the country for the final inspection so I relied on her and the inspector. Well the inspector from WIN Home Inspection, never sent me the final report. I have reached out, but I still have not received it. I was sent a video of my agent and the inspector supposedly doing the final inspection, however at this point after being lied to and going through with the purchase, after driving 2000 miles I was shocked. Multiple things on the list were in fact not done. There are somethings that aren't easily accessible, that I wonder. On top of that agreements made between me and the seller, she allowed them to change them without my consent, she just informed me after it was done, that they changed the agreement and why she was okay with it. So the zero stars would be deserving because if all agents are like the agent that pretended to represent me, they will tell that they are looking out for your best interest, when in fact they are only looking out for...
