I like this Coffee Bean a lot. I have come here on many occasions. It's across the way from the Summerlin Costco but it has its own parking lot away from the somewhat chaotic Costco lot and lines of cars for Costco gas. I have always been a big fan of this coffee chain anywhere I go. Consistency is the key. Their flavored powders (vanilla, chocolate and their respective "no sugar added" counterparts) add a richness to any hot or cold flavored drinks that other chains lack. This store in particular has always been a five-star experience for me. It feels warm and inviting inside with comfortable table seating and pleasant lighting. The volume level of their music is just right and you can hold a conversation without having to shout over it. The restrooms are always clean as well. There is outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade making it very dog friendly. Inside, as long as you abide by their "dog guidelines," is very dog friendly as well. I think posting those guidelines is a great thing. Very much appreciated. I usually always order an iced blended vanilla with extra vanilla. It is my "go to" order and I love it. I've also had a few of their pastries and hot breakfast sandwiches. They are all a quality step up from other chains in freshness and taste. They have a decent app with frequent user points and rewards. I am a big fan of joining any free rewards program. It costs nothing and somewhere down the line, there is usually a free coffee, and/or some discounted or special coming your way. The staff here are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional. They are great. They also keep the place extremely clean. Thank you. Free parking directly in front. There is also...
Read moreI just want to start this off by saying I have spent probably about 300-400 hundred dollars every year for the last three years at the coffee bean, this specific location. I run through the drive through on my break in the middle of my work day to get a coffee and neglect to bring my wallet because I thought I had enough on my CB account, which I nearly did. I order this custom drink, I'm ready to hit the other half of my shift and so I'm like I have no idea what to do when I realize I don't have enough, I'm apologetic and embarrassed so the girl asks for the manager and this manager girl is so freaking rude to me. I have this app and I have money on it, you know I spend money here, and frequently. I got 7 dollars out of 9 that is needed for the drink. I work right across the street. So instead of, as the manager, writing off the 2 dollars whatever that's needed, for a custom drink that I ordered, that will just go into the trash, and I offer to go and get the cash from my wallet and bring it later in off at 7, they close at 8. I'm not fw w Starbucks rn for political reasons. But if I would have went to a Starbucks they would have comped that whole drink without batting an eyelash. Happily spending 3-400 a year will be dwindling down to "I'm running late for work and this is closest thing I got." 400 in revenue every over 3 dollars is crazy if you ask me. Very very bad...
Read moreI certainalty enjoy the franchise of this location! The’ll well being of flavors of frappes they offer, produts, variety’s selections pastries. Could add more later on, have to select taste in role which is in check. Friendly staff, courtesie outgoing establishment service very neat tidy significant professional matter in own hands. Especially the layout well take intitive tasks, even they’re multi- tasking taking orders. I recommend this Coffee place, if you want a quick order just enjoy bring out positive feedback of development. Reason I give four out of 5 is y not hire now? Do not take in format new recruits, is it for when starts to get little busier or slower during seasonally. This be great exprience, to know basics getting onto fresh start for other coffee places are higher up. Still as full or part great job during summer & winter if just for out of school.
