I contacted before placing my UberEats order on Monday, June 5th like I usually did 3x a week at this location. I explained I was calling to review something before submitting the order. The person who answered told me he can't do anything for me...that I simply need to log on to UberEats. I told him I understood that and have had the app for 6 years. I was just ensuring that he knew exactly what the order would be consisting of since I am unable to select something directly on the app.
He then said, "You do this every time. You call in and waste my time while I am setting the store up."
I inquired as to what his name was. He said it is Joseph. I called at 3:45am PST. I am sharing this information so that whoever needs to read this (management for this store location) knows who this person is. I hope that you no longer allow your employees to speak rudely to customers. It's beyond disrespectful and uncalled for. In my ENTIRE LIFE I have never had anyone at a fast food restaurant talk to me this way!
This is the ONLY negative review I have ever left in regards to customer service at a food chain. Even when employees were disgruntled or less than thrilled about their job that day, I have let it go. I am not someone to normally complain to management, either. For me to be upset enough to log-in and leave this review is really telling you something.

Read moreHonestly every single time I have come into this particular subway I exit wishing I didn’t pay for the sandwich I had paid for….. you can tell them no and they put it on anyways and you can tell them stop take it off I don’t want it and they are nodding saying yes and you’re still telling them then why do I see it on my sandwich…. I have to argue every time and I don’t mean a rude arguing I just mean repeating my words till it’s done…. You can ask for extra of something and they pull out one or two and then you say please more extra and again one gets pulled🤦🏻♀️ I’ve never had one expierence with any of the workers at this store were they understood or even cared and the status of the food was disgusting! Everything was iced over tomato’s are green and or drippy looked and they are putting it on my sandwich and it’s like ugh that doesn’t seem appetizing but they just stare at you while trying to form any sentence because you’re just ready to leave…. My fault for buying the sandwiches and my fault for constantly trying to give this location a shot but it’s the closest to me but I’m done and had it and I’ll make the drive to every subway around because I truly only have problems with this...
Read moreWent to this Subway 6/8/18 around 6:35am walked in there and there was only one customer ahead of me, and two employees working (a employee and manager) employee finish making the customer‘s sandwich and decides to have a straight conversation with the man for about 10 -12 mins... 🙄 while I’m just standing there waiting without being greeted or told “I’ll help you in a second etc” the manager kept walking back in forth from the back to the front area.. she didn’t greet me either.. so finally it was my turn to order, the employee or manager never said “I apologize for the wait” or anything 😐😐. So The employee makes my sandwich etc.. and it’s time to ring up my order, planning to pay with my debt card, the manager standing there decides to speak to me and tell me that their “debt machine is down.. I can only pay in cash.” I’m thinking “why wasn’t I told this before your employee made my food? ” Fortunately, I had enough cash on me to pay for my food.. but yeah I was never greeted, they took their time and also they never said “thank you” when they handed me my food..
