Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I am reaching out to express my bitter dissatisfaction with the inferior service at your Little Caesar's location. The advertising ploy of a "hot and ready" pizza - seemingly available every single minute - is nothing short of a cruel deception.

When a customer chooses to dine at your establishment, their expectation is based on your explicit promise of swift service. My experience, however, has been far from this ideal. Each visit has been marred by excessive waiting times that border on the absurd.

To offer an example, upon ordering nothing more extravagant than a basic cheese pizza, I found myself languishing for 35 minutes as I awaited its preparation. A 'hot and ready' meal this was not. This travesty has become par for the course at your location, an unfortunate reality that now discourages me from even considering setting foot in your establishment.

I would hazard a warning to potential customers: If you do not wish to experience the frustration of senseless waiting times, it would behoove you to steer clear of this Little Caesar's location.

In conclusion, I find the standard of service at your location profoundly unacceptable, falling far short of your own advertising claims. I sincerely hope you will address these issues promptly and rectify the situation, as it currently stands, the so-called 'hot and ready' model is nothing more than...

A couple of issues, one not as major, the other one is why I will never recommend this LC location.

1. The crazy bread is never done right. Sometimes it's still raw, other times it's dry as a bone with no butter sauce or whatever they use.

2. I ordered a pizza and 2 cheesy breads for pick up at 5:30pm. Got there to pick up the pizza at 5:25ish, and there were so many people in there waiting to be served. No employee was helping. My pizza wasn't in the warmer where you put the code in (did get there early, so I wasn't upset). Saw one employee momentarily set a pizza box on a rack behind the counter about 10min after I got there. Didn't think anything of it.

6:35ish, watched two boxes of what I now know were cheesy bread set atop that box of pizza. Finally had enough, asked about my order. That pizza and two cheesy breads WERE mine. On top of that, it took about 40min after the pizza was done to realize they forgot my bread?

All the boxes were soaked through with grease, since they were just sitting around for an HOUR. Pizza was cold. By the time I was finally free from this chaos, probably 14-15 other people were waiting.

The app offers no way of requesting a refund, you gotta call corporate to get anything done. Soooo yeah, don't go to this one. Google the next closest one to save...

Its been 10 years at least since I've had Little Caesers pizza. And boy oh boy was it great! Prices are very reasonable. Food was excellent. Both in quality and tast. I got the Extra cheesy pizza with pepperoni and 8 wings. For $17, can't beat the quality and the freshness. Only 2 complaints I can think of was the crust could have been a liiiiiiiiitle croupier, but that's just my personal taste, and why did I wait so long to go back. My bad Little Caesers! I'll never let you down again. The lady at the counter was extremely nice, polite and thankful for my business. She was in there with the cook bustin out a ton of orders and she made me feel very welcomed to enter and interrupt her very busy day. Thank you for being so kind. Please be kind to these wonderful people because with prices so low, I imagine they aren't making nearly enough to do their jobs. (Used to work at Domino's, so i know) well, that's about that!
