Greens and Grill Las Vegas — Restaurant in Las Vegas

To be honest, I’m not quite sure how to express my experience at this place. I was really looking forward to visiting after traveling all the way from California to Nevada. Initially, I didn’t realize there were two locations, so I ended up at the one that was advertised on social media. Upon arrival, it resembled a typical Subway setup, which was unexpected.

I didn’t see any Afghan dishes on the menu, so I asked the staff about the chef featured on their social media. The gentleman there kindly provided me with the address for the second location, mentioning he might be there. I checked their website and menus but found only Middle Eastern options—no authentic or traditional Afghan dishes.

When I called the restaurant to inquire about a specific Afghan dish I had seen promoted online, I learned they didn’t offer it, aside from their kebabs. This was disappointing because the social media promotions suggested a variety of Afghan options that weren’t available upon visiting or reviewing the menu. Must disgusting food that has ever been served to me. The beef was completely raw and bloody. If I would have eaten it I would be at the hospital tonight with bacteria. We also ordered fries and the guy asked for small or large fries. We said large. Then we got not even half plate of fries. It were all little left overs old fries. Literally didn’t eat anything. The tables were all dirty, the ground was dirty. The service can not be called service at all. You ask questions and the employee looks stupidly in your eyes. Most importantly, the guy touches the door and then with the same gloves he touches the wrap. How can you do this???!!! I left this place hungry and will never recommend it to anyone. Disgusted. Terrible.

Update: the owner asked me as you can see if I want a new meal or a refund and he gave his phone number to call. First of all, of course I don’t need another meal. Secondly, I want my refund. I called that number 4 times since yesterday and nobody is picking up. I even left a voicemal. Very professional to give a phone number that nobody...

I had an unfortunate experience here. I went in hoping to support a local business. But was quickly disappointed by the rudeness of the staff. I asked for hummus instead of the regular "white sauce" they use on their wraps due to allergies and they acted like I had asked them to run into traffic...naked. The young lady behind the counter was easily frazzled at the thought of having to make this seemingly minor change to a friggin sandwich and the manager/some guy who worked there acted as if I didn't exist when she asked if it was possible to make the modification. For a new business, they are short-sighted and won't last long in the medical district where allergies are common and food places need to learn how to adapt. I'm not sure if it's because they have inherent biases or not, but they are just not friendly. I ended up walking out without being able to place my order. Terrible experience and I'm advising everyone I know in the neighborhood not to patronize this...
