Bad services and they over charge they made me go twice n my contacts weren't even there the color I picked after I ordered and payed they told me my color wasn't available to pick another and they dint even have trial to help find a color and they wouldn't refund so I had to pick a color not even knowing how it looked wich I dint like after I got and they lied to me when I asked for my prescription and exam results they dint want to give it to me and told me I could not go get my glasses anywhere else because I had my exam done there so I had to get my glasses there and it was a lie I went and asked a couple of places and they told me they lied as long as you have a recent eye exam you can take it anywhere to have your glasses done i had also bought some frames online and they wouldn't add my prescription to them they said my frames were no good that I had to buy some there and in the other offices they said my frames were fine I could pick any of them and they would add my prescription ... don't waste ur time and money go somewhere else I would of payed about half of what I payed for my contacts if I would of gone somewhere else they over...

(Still under warranty) The rep. claimed she would give me a call on Thursday to pick up glasses. I call3d Friday morning l3ft a v/m to call me back on the status of my reading glasses. No reply. I called after work Friday afternoon, and the rep did not know where they were at. I called Saturday mid morning, now the representative tells me to call back on Monday because the girl that should know where the glasses are isn't in till Monday. I am disappointed, let down , bottom line this place will no longer see me as a customer and will not recommend them to anyone. With so many optical options, you would think they would be more concerned to keep a customer informed and communicate the status of the repair. The glasses initially cost more than $150 dollars, just for one pair. ( not even an expensive name brand) I encourage everyone to take care of their only pair of eyes, so you don't have to spend time and money at these...

She took her time to educate me on my prescription each family members got and went over many payment options for prescriptions much needed for my twins on a small budget. Receptionist Alexis and Denise very sweet, patient and polite.
Not the best experience when asking questions to optometrist. Unfortunately she assumed her optical knowledge is common sense. Felt belittled, when asking questions to understand My son’s optical condition. Up until today I have never cared about optical issues and never gave it any importance. So my optical education is almost non existent. Possibly read one chapter on the optic topic in college in 2004.
Still very much encourage the experience I had with the front office. Thank you ladies. You made getting bad news of my child’s deteriorating optic condition a much better experience as if I had only seen the Dr.
