La Bonita Supermarket — Local services in Las Vegas

Last time.going here I wanted to order their special (34.99) with the Birria meat the big sign outside and inside I tell her I dont speak spanish but I took a picture to show her so she took my phone to ask her coworker about it and then that coworker speaks in Spanish after I just got done saying I dont speak spanish and the new lady says out loud OH MY GOD in front of everyone in the restaurant area who was eating. A man who was eating was going to help translate for me but I told him know and got my phone back. Why would I even want to work with these ladies so they can spit in my food or something when that lady tried to belittle me in front of everyone for not being able to speak Spanish I wasn't about to spend another dime with this company. Not everyone speaks spanish just like when they come to my job medical field I find someone to help them with no attitude or trying to embarrass a customer. Those females need customer service...

I had the worst experience at this location. I went to the area where they have the masa for the tamales and they did not want to sell me 2lbs worth of masa. The manager was rude when I asked why I couldn't have just 2lbs worth of masa, she claims that they are already pre packed, which is unheard of to me.. When I asked for her name, she did not provide it to me and went as far to call security on me.

All I did was ask for 2lbs of masa, which I was denied and when I asked the manager for her name, she ignored me, called for security, and the employee, Jessica Carmona (who was the lady on the cash register), shook her head no when I ask for the manager's name.

I like La Bonita supermarket. They have nice meat counter. Again for me i say watch the checkers. I always have a problem with change or what they ring up. Just Beware. I love the fresh bakery. You must try the pan de lote! Mexican corn bread. It is very delicioso. I also like thier restaurant. Good chili or salsa I love the salsas peruibian. Sometime when they run out of stuff the staff doesnt always want to fill it for customers. This happened to me twice. But they do have good food.They also have a nice produce department. The store...
