I love love love their chicken.. It's amazing and they have great deals on their chicken in my opinion they simply can't be beat for they Amazing taste and great price... Now getting down to the schematics... Although their food is great they need Major work in the Etiquette of Hospitality Region and I mean serious.. When I arrived on a Saturday,I was told they had No chicken and the wait was 20 min.. So I opted to wait..I ordered a carne asada taco to go along with my chicken dinner.. This place started to get packed with people anticipating their food.. And even though it was packed with people their was still my flies than people in the place... Made me kinda of glad the food was grilled outside as their was probably less flies outside than in the restaurant.. While waiting I decide to gather Salsa..as I watched a Guy Rudely overstuff his bags and containers and leave nothing left for the other awaiting patrons.. So after waiting 10 minutes allowing them time to notice and refill them as this is their job no one did and I was dealt the task of having to speak for every other awaiting patron as well as myself.. When the nice young man came to refill the salsa's I noticed as he was refilling the carrots the tongs had fallen in to the base.. do u know that he simply pulled them out and attempted to pour the fresh carrots in that same pan 😨🤔..I stopped him in his tracks and explained that he Couldn't do that and why and he looked at me like I hand stepped over My Boundaries...so I asked to get mine from the source and left it at that... After waiting 40 minutes, I heard them call every number but mines... Numbers before mine and numbers well after mines.. But I was patient and understanding and waited my turn...Do u know they came out to say " I know it's taking a while, but I'm sorry we don't have any Carne Asada".. Like really you've got to be kidding me.. Didn't offer me a drink, extra chicken, tacos or a discount.. Not that this was expected, but with all that drama I get they should've had some Empathy but hey.. Great food, Polite, sweet Employees.. But Overall experience, Cleanliness and efficiency...
Read moreI was introduce to this place 2 years ago. I was told you will know where it is when you see the plumes of smoke coming from their outdoor grilling carts . Watching these grillers season, flip, and agitate the fire to give these whole chickens their signature smoke flavor is part of Pollo Mobile's charm. Their chicken carbonara is why I keep coming back at least once a month. Their prices are just right for catering to mostly locals that live in the area. However, everyone is invited! Their popularity has grown and now they have several locations throughout the valley. I'm fortunate that I live several miles from this location because...
Read moreThe food had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. They did not clean their grill. The portions are also small. After informing them that I have an allergy to pork my food was definitely cooked with pork because I had stomach pain for two or three days as I released everything inside of me. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. They give you tacos with no sour cream then charge you $2 for enough sour cream to do maybe one and...
