I went to this Jack in the Box recently on Sunday 4/8/2018 and received such horrible service. At first I was really considerate of the fact that they were under staff and didn’t mind waiting however, they messed up my order and gave me one regular fries and one curly fries when I ordered two curly fries. The manager with curly blondish hair fixed the order and gave me another curly fries. When I checked my food right when I was about to leave in my car, I noticed the curly fries she gave me only add like 5 fries. I got our my car and went to go tell the same manager what she had gave me. She was so rude and told me it wasn’t her who did that and that she would never give me that much. I told her I wanted to full medium size curly fries. She was rude and mad and told me I had to wait 5 mins for curly fries. So I told her if I have to wait then it doesn’t mean you gave me 5 little fries begin with because you guys didn’t have anymore to begin with when I ordered my food. She finally gave me fries after 7 mins and gave me the bad very rude and mad. I am a GM at chipotle and I know how customer service should be in the food industry. I know it’s frustrating when your understaff and is busy. But there is no excuse to give that kind of attitude especially if you are a manager. I really wish I would of kept my receipt to let this manager’s boss know and have a little talk...
Read moreOn tuesday July 2nd 2019 at 520pm i ordered a number 15 and asked for an egg roll instead of fries which by the way fries are more expensive along with the fact i order this everyday and have receipts to prove so why is the price different at this location than all the other locations???🤔 I was charged 7.34 when EVERYWHERE else i pay 7.07...the prices on the menus are the same so where is this extra charge coming from???? Needless to say i went to another Jack n the box near the strip and paid less and here is the proof with date and time...you are STEALING PEOPLE MONEY Today is Saturday july 6th 2019 i return to this Jack n the box to see the menu...the prices are the same like all the rest however the price on the register is .20 cents more when i asked the manager he say he doesnt know why so i said well dont i get charged whats on the menu and he stated he cant change the price on the register but he will change the price on the menu...needless to say i left...another proof they are stealing money from...
Read moreSo mad I can't believe how I was treated, the customer service in this place is poor at about 1:00-1:30 am on 4th of july my husband and I pulled up to the drive- through. I asked Yadira Mendoza if she could give me a quick second so my hubby could let me know what he wanted it took merely 10 sec before I heard yarida Mendoza make a comment in spanish "I don't even know why they pull up to the drive through if they're not even ready" I said excuse me are you talking to me? She tried to play it off can I take your order. I asked her in spanish one more time if she was refferring to me And she had the audacity to reply "yes I did" with an angry tone I immediately asked for her name and store number her and her co workers were smirking thought the whole thing it was halarious never experienced such disregard for respect.
