Mariscos El Mariachi — Restaurant in Las Vegas

PLEASE READ!!!! I came here with my dad, husband, and 2 daughters. We walked in, nobody said anything, and there were only 2 other families there. We say down, the lady came over about 10 minutes later and brought us chips, salsa, and and beans and said she’ll be back to take our order. After another 15 minutes she came back and got our order and brought our drinks. Food was very good. But if you go here please make sure that you check your check very well before you pay. I didn’t realized until after we got home and my husband told me how much he paid that I was like “wait a minute” and asked if he looked at the check. He said she didn’t give it to him and just told him the total (We asked for the check at the table and she never brought it, we waited a little while to see if she would bring it and she didn’t so my husband went up to pay) idk what else she charge us for but our total, with taxes and everything, should have been no me than $105. She charged him $145. Idk if she put the rest down as her tip or what (we left a cash tip on the table) but that really pissed me off. I want to go back and say something about it. It's just amazingly crazy how a business can change. I purchased 3 cocktails from them today and some tacos unfortunately their customer service was very awful specially with the server at the front bar, his service and attention is very poor, but the way they served their food it's just bad and awful I also ordered 4 tacos and they were very bad. I don't understand how a business that is being around for so many years and the quality of the food was so good and delicious. Can turn into something so awful and nasty. I spend $62.00 on lunch and now such a good and delicious food go so wrong with this new people. I installed their DIRECTV about 10 years ago and their food was so delicious but now the quality it's really bad and nasty the way they packed my food was really really bad and I called them and they didn't care.

For the money that I spent here I could go to a better place that doesn't have any roaches crawling around the floor or walls. As customers we have a better choice where we can have a reasonable meal. Do not go to this restaurant you...

I came here with my family. The place was very loud and dirty. My wife and daughter were complaining about the music. The problem wasn't the singing however it was the microphone. It made horrible noises. It was so bad to the point they even have to cover their ears and we couldn't even hear our own conversation. Not only that but my daughter also pointed out the bugs crawling on the walls. It took 15-20 minutes for them to give us our food and it was cold! We asked them to heat up our food and it took them 10 minutes. Our food wasn't really good either we order fish and it was really black. Our waitress also had horrible and bad attitude she didn't even believe our food was cold even though it was! Not only that but this place was so expensive for food that didn't even taste good. I don't recommend this place and i'm never coming...
