UPDATING THIS REVIEW: THE BUS DRIVER AND THE OWNER HAVE BEEN TEXTING ME AND CALLING ME. I AM SO OVER THIS COMPANY AND THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL HANDLING. ADDED THEIR TEXT FOR PROOF.

We booked this karaoke party bus months in advance because it came highly recommended, but unfortunately the experience did not live up to what was promised.

The bus arrived at 8:25 PM but we weren’t notified, so by 8:35 I had to text the driver to confirm they were there. Once we boarded, we realized the “karaoke bus” setup was not what we paid for. Though screens were mounted, the system itself did not work. Instead, we were handed a mic and Bluetooth speaker and told to connect our own device. The driver tried to help by giving us an iPad for lyrics, but we ended up just using karaoke apps on our phones to make it work.

We were also promised champagne as a thank-you for booking early, but that was never provided. When I asked the driver to follow up with his boss, I never received an update.

The next day, when I called to speak with the company, the person I spoke with was overwhelmed, dismissive, and unprofessional. At one point he said, “I’m from New York, we’re brutally honest,” which I responded with, “I’m from Chicago, we’re very kind.” Instead of listening to my concerns, he talked over me about how stressful it is to run his business. His attitude made it impossible to even explain the rest of the issues we experienced.

To their credit, we did receive a refund for the bus not being up to par. And our driver was friendly, and my group of friends still made the best of the situation and had fun together. But the lack of professionalism, unfulfilled promises, and the dismissive way the owner handled the call left us with a very sour impression.

If you are considering booking a party bus for your birthday, wedding, bachelorette party, or whatever brings you to vegas, seriously just do it! And book with this company!! We had the best time renting the 30 passenger party bus for 10 hours for our wedding. It was so convenient to have all our guests together in one ride and being able to safely store belongings on it. The bus also provided cups and ice which was nice, although we found seltzer and beer better for preventing spills.

Ahmed, our bus driver was so accommodating and was always close by whenever we needed to be picked up. We went all the way from our Airbnb to ceremony to dinner and various other stops along the strip and Fremont. It was a lot of driving but you hardly even notice because the time passes fast when you’re dancing on a bus. We got complete control over the music too

The owner, Mark, was always clear and quick to respond to our many questions and requests. He was even willing to install a plug for a guest who had a breastpump, even though we found an alternative option

This business is a masterclass in how NOT to handle customers. I had the audacity (sarcasm intended) to ask if gratuity was included and if a smaller down payment could be made—standard questions any decent company would answer without breaking a sweat. Instead, they canceled my booking on the spot and threw a full-blown tantrum online, publicly labeling me a “red flag customer” and mocking me by name. Real classy.

The owner’s response wasn’t just unprofessional—it was downright embarrassing. Imagine running a business and thinking it’s acceptable to berate customers over minor inquiries. The unhinged rant they posted, dripping with pettiness and ego, screams of someone who should probably attend a seminar on basic professionalism. Or maybe a kindergarten lesson on manners would suffice.

If you want to be treated with respect and deal with a company that values your business, look elsewhere. This place clearly doesn’t have time for that—they’re too busy burning bridges with potential customers and showcasing their lack of self-control for the whole internet to see.
