My pregnant wife and I went in for takeout. The employees were nice but made several mistakes that we decided to overlook. If only we had recognized the warning signs of what was to come.

First, they messed up on our change and we had to point out that they gave us too much. New employees, It happens.

Then they asked for our number and told us it would be about 20 minutes for the food to be done. I waited about 20 minutes and found that the food was already done on the counter. I do not know why they didn't call, it looked like it hadn't just been brought out and they weren't very busy at the time. That was understandable, the food industry is a busy industry and it's easy for things to slip your mind in such a hectic environment.

We brought the food home and found that the containers had leaked all over. It made a huge mess. Then we were trying to eat our Ramen from the bowls that were flimsy and something tipped boiling hot water on my foot. I was thinking I needed to be more careful, but it got worse.

The meat in the Naruto Ramen was tough and the noodles refused to separate, and the seafood in the Sea of Flame was not only overcooked, but tasted like it had been sitting on the pier for a week. After eating about half of the Naruto Ramen I noticed my throat started to close and I had difficulty breathing. I don't know what was in it, but I have no known allergies to food. Somehow, an unknown allergy may have been discovered. I rushed to get water and after a while I could breathe again, then I felt it. I started coughing, and rushed to the toilet as everything that I had eaten decided to race for the nearest exit in the most violent fashion it could muster. It was so violent that I started bleeding from my throat. I was violently ill over the toilet, despite being proud of my cast iron stomach, for over 30 minutes.

I don't know what I was served, but neither I nor my wife could eat any of it at this point.

The Bolgolgi egg roll barely had any Bolgolgi in it and was disgusting. Also the Gyoza was cold and passable.

I'm disappointed, since I was hoping for an experience like I used to have back in Japan. We should have gone to the korean barbecue place across the street. It would have been cheaper and less hazardous to our health.

I would have given it a two star, but since the waitress's were nice I'm giving it a three.

I went to this restaurant a few times before and have been going ever since. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I took my friend who was in town for a couple of weeks to get ramen here and I will say it was different this time. The ramen I usually get is the sea of flame and I ordered that this time and was not satisfied. Just by looking at the ramen, the octopus rings looked overcooked as well as the rest of the meat. The meat was blackened around it like it was neglected on the stove. I gave it a taste and it wasn't pleasant. The broth tasted just as bad, the flavor wasn't there and it was over powered with the taste of being overcooked. The broth also looked darker too. I decided to send it back and just order a whole new bowl of ramen. I ordered the Naruto bowl. The broth was good, the meat wasn't burnt and it had flavor, but the egg and the meat tasted like it was just pulled from the refrigerator and just thrown into the soup. It was cold in the middle of the egg as well as the meat. I was not pleased by it. I took the first bite of the meat and thought maybe it just got cold around that area from it sticking out of the broth, but I bit further in the meat and no, it was cold in the middle. I just ate it anyway because it didn't want to wait again.

I know that night there were two big parties they were being served at the same time, but that shouldn't matter. A customer is a customer, and one shouldn't be served overcooked food or semi cold food while the others get theirs fresh. My friend also found hair in his food.

The times I've been here I haven't had this problem, maybe they changed cooks because the food was not on par with what it used to be. The waitress was nice enough to let me get a new bowl of ramen and she said she talked to the cooks about it (about the first bowl I sent back). I don't know about continuing on coming here again. One thing I know is, we should have gone to a different ramen...

Overall: 4.1/5 (dine in)

We came on a late Monday night and were seated right away at the ramen bar. Their menu is via a QR code but you can also find it on their website. The food came out pretty quickly after we ordered.

Fried Soft Shell Crab ($7.50): The crab is pretty small and was not crispy at all. It was soggy and not good.

Naruto (Protein) Ramen ($16): This had a good creamy tonkatsu broth but it's not comparable to ramen in the Bay Area. The noodles have a good texture, the egg was runny, and the pork belly was fatty. The most surprising thing for me was the big chicken breast piece that was very tender. It's also not a typical protein choice that goes with ramen so it's unique. It's a great value bowl though considering the amount of meat you get.

Absolute Creamy Vegan ($14): I think this needs to be renamed because it's not creamy. However, the broth is really good like others have mentioned. This is the second time I tried vegan ramen, and this was way better than my first time. There are so many flavors but they work well together, and the flavor profile is similar to a non-vegan broth (I think closest to shio). They gave a generous portion of everything so I was full halfway through my bowl. The kale noodles were perfectly cooked, and the brussel sprouts were nicely crisped + seasoned. I got spicy which added a good kick. My only recommendation to elevate this ramen is to add some sort of protein like fake meat or flavored tofu. I forgot to get add ons but my husband was nice enough to share his proteins (egg, chicken breast, and chashu) which made the...

Please don’t listen to these reviewers, they’re tourists. I have been to so many ramen places around Las Vegas, I have tasted probably 10+ ramen restaurants throughout the valley. This one was probably the second worst I’ve ever tasted. Pricing here is terrible. You can get so many better prices in Chinatown, or in Shanghai Plaza. $20 for their main ramen bowl, what?! That’s insane. Service was barely decent. Servers seem more interested in their own conversations. Now, food. As you can see in the picture attached, I ordered a chashu bowl and their chashu bun. It’s a savory meat, I absolutely love pork. The bowl was great and refreshing. A little dry, no additional sauces on the side. The chashu bun was TERRIBLE. Look at it! A white, puffy bread wrapped around a piece of pork for $4? What? My husband ordered the $20 Naruto bowl. Which for this size, you can get it at this price at Ramen Sora for $15. The noodles were over cooked, and the broth was OK. It didn’t have that classic tonkotsu taste. He decided to add chili oil since he loves adding and spices to his bowls- and it somehow became bitter. Oh yeah! And a tablespoon of chili oil will cost you! Go to any other ramen restaurants, they won’t charge you! This was such a terrible restaurant, we will never be back. Over priced and flavorless food other than the chashu bowl. Try Ramen Sora!
