I highly recommend Second Star as a custom jeweler. Chad, Gina, and Charlotte make an incredible team, and were supportive, informative, and honest through our entire experience. We got a set of custom wedding rings made to commemorate our 10-year anniversary and couldn't be happier with the process and end result! They took the time to educate us on the process, what was feasible, and gave us websites to look at options and ideas. After that we sat down and actually got to design our rings WITH them! They took into account everything my wife wanted and designed a ring stack that looked amazing. About halfway through the process it became evident that a portion of the design would not work well in reality, and they took the time to RE-DESIGN her stack OVERNIGHT. The passion, drive, and ability to listen to our thoughts and desires were reason enough for me to give them 5 stars and my recommendation. Factoring in the quality of craftsmanship and end result, though, gives me cause to mention that Second Star really deserves more than 5 stars. I would give 6, 7, up to 10. The rings came out better than the designs; better than we could have imagined. In fact, the only thing that sparkles more than my wife's new stack is her smile when you ask her about it!
