Update. This was my 3rd visit and I am even more impressed than I was the first time I got there right after they opened because they sell out quickly and ordered a cinnamon roll again. These are by far the absolute best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. And since I got there early, it was warm and even better than the first one. The staff is super friendly and make you feel so welcome. Have been raving about this place to my daughter who will be visiting next week and we will definitely be coming in for breakfast. Thanks for such a great visit and delicious food!
Just found this little bakery/bistro today and had a great first impression. I got there about an hour before they closed, but there was still a good selection of pastries. Service was outstanding, Everyone answered my questions about the different types of pastries and they were super friendly. I ordered a cinnamon roll because they said they only make those on the weekends and I was very impressed. Cinnamon roll was delicious, a little crisp on the top but soft and gooey on the inside with just the right ratio of gooey, cinnamon to roll. Since it was to go, they put the cream cheese on the side and it’s delicious! I really liked it because it wasn’t overly sweet and had just the right amount of cream cheese to sugar. I will definitely be back to try brunch/lunch and more of their beautiful pastries! Thanks for a great first visit! I definitely will be back and I...
Read moreMy fellow sandwich consumers.. let me tell you about this place.
First off, it can be a bit hard to find, so I've included a picture of the giant arch trellis covered in plants. Walk through this and you'll find a small seating area and the entrance to your sandwich mecca.
I think the sandos here are so good because of the bread. It needs to be soft, yet chewy, and able to absorb some moisture from the seasoning/sauces/condiments, which help keep everything from being dry and hard to chew or swallow. And the garlic cheese bread used here did just that.
The spices and seasoning on the Club and Italian sandwiches mixed well, and the meat and vegetables on them were fresh and tasty. I got them heated up, and I think that made them even better.
I will warn that if you come at 1pm like I did, you are likely to find that there are not many sandwiches left to choose from. I got the Club and the Italian because they were literally the only two left.
The pricing isn't cheap, but the location of the shop doesn't allow for less, as it is in Summerlin, next to a man-made lake in the middle of the desert.
All in all, I will visit again when in the area and in...
Read moreLove this place! The brunch is amazing.
After visiting this place several more times, I wanted to elaborate on my review. The Daily Bread has become our to-go brunch spot. We have had the chorizo tacos, corned beef hash, chicken and biscuits, chicken and waffles, cinnamon roll, croissants and the Monte Cristo. It was all so good I have a really hard time deciding which one I want to order again.
The service is spectacular and the staff is incredibly friendly. You can tell they take great pride in the quality of their food and the customer experience.
I have hosted business meetings on their quiet patio and the feedback I received from every customer is they were looking forward to returning with their spouse/partner.
Also, they work with the Las Vegas Wine and Yacht Club next door for customers who want a glass of wine or beer with brunch. I love seeing local businesses...
