Read moreI’ve tried giving Tivoli Village the benefit of the doubt, but after experiencing their events and seeing the state of the businesses there, it’s clear things are going downhill fast. The events are honestly terrible – poorly organized and lackluster. What’s even more concerning is the clear exodus of all the good stores, restaurants, and shops. It’s like there’s a revolving door of businesses leaving, and I can’t blame them.
From what I’ve heard, they try to lock business owners into 5-10 year contracts at absurd rates for an area that sees almost no foot traffic outside of a couple of restaurants. Who wants to commit to that when there’s virtually no weekday business, and even weekends feel like a ghost town compared to places like Downtown Summerlin, Green Valley Ranch, or Town Square? The vibes are just off – no energy, no crowd, and certainly not worth the high costs they seem to be pushing.
And don’t even get me started on the aesthetics. Tivoli tries way too hard to be grand and fancy, but it comes off as overly gaudy and presumptuous for what it actually is – a half-empty, struggling development that lacks the charm or appeal of other nearby shopping and dining areas. It’s hard to see why anyone would choose Tivoli over other options in the area.
If you’re looking for a lively place to shop or dine, there are much better choices in Vegas. Tivoli is unfortunately not...
Read moreI have supported many businesses in Tivoli Village over the years. Saturday night we were there having dinner. When we came out to leave my vehicle which was parked in the subterranean parking had been hit. No note was left. We went to security who was very unprofessional, unorganized and unhelpful. We asked them to review the video footage from the 2 cameras that were on each side of my vehicle and provide me the vehicle that damaged my car. They indicated that they could not release that information that they would have to release to the police. A police report was made. We were told the parking is private property and the police have no jurisdiction. So we have reached out to security again and management several times. Absolutely no response. Why is this a secret of a criminal hit and run? Simply provide me a snapshot of the license plate that damaged my vehicle. The police will take it from there. If this is not handled properly, I will no longer support any businesses at Tivoli Village and I will ensure everyone knows that the management of this establishment are only there for their own personal gain and not to help protect the patrons that keep their tenants in business....
