After posting the review below, 7th Ave immediately contacted me. They were truly concerned and concluded that my couch had a defect. They replaced the entire fabrics immediately (It was delivered within a couple of days) and the new fabric does work as promised. We did a spill test and the water beaded up as advertised. I am truly happy and I appreciate Logun, the representative that contacted me, for his determination to fix this right away.

I wanted time before i submitted a review or shared my experience with the sectional I purchased a few months ago.

After reading numerous reviews and watching videos, I was excited to make the purchase during my set appointment with Cameron. This was an easy sale and it was a matter of selecting the layout and color. Cameron gave me samples of the material and it was exciting to see how liquid, wine or soda would just roll off and a simple wipe did the trick.

First I must mention that the delivery took longer than expected (3 months), patience is a must, and there were missing items initially. So It took a few extra days to set it up properly. Although the couch is beautiful and comfortable, i have encountered issues with the water repellent and stain resistance feature. Unfortunately, it hasn't performed as advertised. Spills don't bead up and roll off as shown in the samples or videos. Liquid does stain and penetrate the cushion.

I have already had to wash the covers multiple times in just 7 months, contrary to the recommended once or twice a year. It's disappointing that the promised functionality isn't meeting expectations, as it was a major factor in my decision to purchase this couch. I have two small dogs and now I have to do the same I did with my older sectional and use small blankets to cover the cushions to avoid washing...

Just wanted to leave a review about my experience with the 7th Avenue team.

Sophia, out of the Vegas showroom, was the one who helped me through the process. She hoped on a zoom with my husband and I to figure out the size that would fit best for our space. She was super knowledgeable and so sweet. We ended up placing the order a few days later!

We received the sectional a few weeks later and had decided beforehand to put it together ourselves. It was simple, but definitely time consuming. It took about 4 hours to set it all up with 3 of us doing the work, but once it was complete, it was so pretty in the room! We got it in Pure White. The color was perfect and the fabric was so soft, we loved the look.

After a few days with the sectional, we ultimately decided it wasn’t going to be great long term. My husband suffers from back issues and the back of the bases on each piece just sits too low for him, so we unfortunately decided to return it. Please keep in mind, if the backs were higher, we definitely would’ve kept the sectional because the cushions were very comfortable and we loved the overall look of it. (Btw, I think they’re adding some higher backs soon, we just couldn’t wait for them because we were in desperate need of a couch!)

Before returning it, Sophia did provide some tips that could help and so did Drew, but my husband had already made up his mind. For the price of the sectional, we want him to feel super comfortable in it too.

The return process was easy and quick, Drew made everything go seamless. Overall, my experience with the 7th Avenue team was great, everyone was extremely nice and helpful! If ever needed, I will definitely consider them again, especially with the new additions they...

My experience at the Las Vegas showroom with salesperson, Sophia was fantastic. The showroom is located in a gorgeous outdoor shopping village; you can make a day out of the experience. The showroom has several configurations of the classic and extra deep modular sectionals to choose from. You may take a few of the fabric swatches home to see how they look with your current home design. You are able to map out the configuration you desire using their diorama. They can even demonstrate the stain resistance of the fabrics while you're there.

Our salesperson, Sophia, was knowledgeable and professional. Asking all of the right questions to make sure you are considering everything that will end up being important to you once you receive your sectional. My husband and I took several days to consider our choices and compare sofa companies and emailed Sophia a few times to ask questions and get the quote adjusted according to the changes we wanted to make. Sophia was very responsive (in a timely manner) even during a holiday weekend. We never felt like a bother and never felt as if we were being upsold etc. We appreciate Sophia very much.
