Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch — Local services in Las Vegas

The people that works at the food concession stand are rude and disrespectful as hell and very sloow in serving you, I waited a whole 15 mins for them to take their sweet time to give me mustard for my hotdog and all they kept doing was talking amongst themselves about they didn't want to put their hair up because they had short hair, they kept playing with their hair. I thought that was so disgusting. One of the girls with curly hair threw our Capri - sun drink on the table like "there you go"! -at my husband and which she could've been professional about it and just hand it over to him politely and nice but no. They need better workers that has better customer service, seriously those girls have no manners. You would think on a Sunday which is not that busy during day hours especially when they open, they would be prepared and organized already. The black old lady with the braids working the parking lot was poorly dismissive as well and rude when she told us to park ahead where the old man was directing us to park by the "handicap" area which of course we didn't know and didn't say anything about that spot and she approached us like we were supposed to know that, I told her that he was the one that led us there to park and she just said "Well he didn't know" .... Well don't you think your people should know this before opening up?? My goodness so messy and...

This place sucked and the workers were the main reason. I asked the worker at one of the games where darts are used to pop balloons if he could put up more balloons since the board was bare and he just looked at me. After my daughter played the worker then proceeded to put up balloons. Later, my daughter wanted to play again and there were 2 workers and i asked if they could put up more balloons and one worker said he did earlier and the other worker could do it. The other worker just stood there like duhhhh. There were workers at the food stand flipping each other off which I normally would not care but there are little kids everywhere…nice. Additionally, we ordered funnel cake and when one of the cooks asked what i ordered and i told her funnel cake she snapped it is called funnel fries regardless the menu saying funnel cake…sorry may naming the menu item was not up to your standards….next time i will say funnel product. Who cares…the fried bread you put powdered sugar on and sell for eight dollars. My daughter won a prize at another game and the worker was busy talking to his friends instead of giving her the prize. And then prize was dirty. I am not expecting 5 star service but come on we are spending money at your facility to not be...

First and foremost I come to the pumpkin patch each year for about 4 years and always loved my experience each time but I came in yesterday and walked around for a few hours and played some of the games I loved how their employees working on the rope game and the basketball game was so energetic and friendly I don’t know what’s going on with the Halloween town pumpkin patch this year I witnessed staff members being mean and rude to some of the younger employees it seems as if the new scheduling manager game managers. Most of the manager staff all have attitudes and are very rude to their employees even employees that are returning after working with them over the years. It’s just rude and most of the people that work there are children and they talk to them like they’re adults. Sending employees home because they didn’t know something that should of been told to them first hand prior to their orientations, and then yell at their employees because they came in to see if they could work today because they don’t have a phone instead of talking to them I feel they need to treat there workers with a little more respect they are wanting to help with y’all business and should be treat as asset to...
