There are only a handful of off-strip (read: overpriced and full of tourists) cigar lounges that serve alcohol (you'd be surprised, but look em up) in Vegas. When I discovered La Casa in Tivoli, one of the classiest locations in Vegas, I had to check it out! This lounge has three main offerings. A full sized humidor, a full cocktail menu with a selection of liquors, and live music. The lounge actually calls itself a "cigar-inspired music lounge." You're also welcome to bring your own stoges or pipe tobacco. They have bar seating, leather lounge chairs, and a VIP area for members as well. Staff is friendly and makes sure you've got everything you need. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star is that it is definitely the hardest lounge to have a conversation in due to the music. We weren't expecting it when we talked in, so if you're not a VIP, be prepared to speak loudly. If this is a non issue for you, then I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing smoke on any day...

We have passed this place so many times and it always looks like a great crowd - finally got to stop in. A lot of cigar selections in the humidor but a good number of them were sold out. However, still found exactly what we wanted and grabbed some drinks... super gracious pours. We sat on the patio and enjoyed our cigars and drinks for a good amount of time and felt so comfortable, staff checking us every so often to refresh drinks as we wanted. Even when the bar filled up, we never felt rushed.Great place -...
Read moreI brought ten people in with literally no one else on the venue. One friend got sick on a cigar (yes, she was new to it) and the manger, Candace, informed us that she was not welcome. She was sitting quietly in her chair trying to feel better, and the rest of us were respectfully enjoying our cigars and drinks. She called security to remove my friend for "rowdineness" and had us removed despite there being no noise, no problem, no conflict other than my poor friend getting get feet under her. Security could not identify any said problem.
I have brought clients here for years and have never been so disrespected. There are a hundred similar places on town to enjoy, and no reason to patronage this...
