I took the engagement ring from my wedding set to Jeff White Custom Jewelry to see if they could fix a bad repair from a different jeweler on a cracked baguette. Jeff White did such a beautiful job, that my ring looks exactly the same as when it was given to me (or maybe even prettier)! I can't tell that it had ever been broken or repaired. It's just perfect! Not only did Jeff White replace the diamonds, match them beautifully, and set them perfectly, but he and Danny were also both very courteous and professional. And the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Jeff White Custom Jewelry for any jewelry work you need. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional! I'm so happy that I found them! UPDATE: I just picked up a custom ring that I had asked Danny to create with the diamonds from my great-grandmother's wedding set plus some emeralds from my mother. I am over the moon with the ring that Danny and Jeff White created! It is stunning! And their workmanship is incomparable. The ring is solid, well-constructed, and absolutely gorgeous! It looks better than I had even imagined it would. Danny was a dream to work with, too. He is so patient, courteous, kind, and professional. He worked with me on every detail so the ring would look like I had envisioned. But the ring Danny created exceeded all of my expectations. My fiancée and I initially set an appointment, while looking for an engagement ring at the time. Our experience started off okay, and Danny was very good about following back up with us, making sure that we got a rendering of what the ring would eventually look like. He helped make some adjustments to the rendering, and we made another appointment to finalize the band, and ultimately pick out stone. Despite setting an appointment, once we arrived, we had to wait a bit, while Danny attended another customer (understandably), but after that, he still had us wait as he had been unprepared for our arrival. Soon after this meeting, we wanted to set another appointment as he mentioned he would be getting more diamonds soon, after we let him know exactly what kind of stone we were looking for and he realized he didn't have any others in stock. We, of course, understood and let him know we would be okay with waiting for the next shipment. After not hearing back from him for 2 weeks, I sent him a follow up message in order to ask about the new diamond shipment and let him know I was ready to make a deposit. He never responded and made no attempt to reach back out to me. As first time buyers, this was disheartening and disappointing, especially after seeing all of the 5 star reviews on here. I only had a ring engraved here, I can't speak to the jewellery they create

When I first dropped off my ring I was told that they would send me a preview that day as have it completed the next day. Five days later after repeated asking and prodding, my ring was ready, with the engraved images asymmetrical and tilted and the engraver telling me that he'd never attempt a custom image like this again. I understand that they don't normally do custom images and are more used to lettering, but if they couldn't get it right I would have definitely preferred that they tell me that and return it rather than giving me a poor engraving on a very big expensive diamond/platinum ring. And I don't appreciate being given an expectation and then having it repeatedly delayed after the agreed upon time had already passed.
