This EZPawn is clean and well-managed. From my years of doing business here, I can say that the employees are always friendly, personable, and helpful. I was approaching the shop and noticed an employee outside having a cigarette break. He ended his break, came over, opened the door for me, and assisted me inside. He didn't have to go above & beyond in that simple way because there was another employee inside who could have assisted me. His name is Dominic, and he is one of the sweetest & cutest young men, along with the Manager. All of the employees are ready and happy to assist. The employees are polite, friendly, patient, creative, and handsome. I find him and the Manager to be very handsome and genuine men. All of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the variety of items that are available in the shop and that people bring in. I have always been given the best advice on my options. They aren't out for my cash; they are out for what's best for my needs at that time. I've noticed over the years that they can't always take the items people bring in, and that they don't speak ill of people/items once they leave. Not a big fan of leaving reviews but every now and again someone stands out that I feel compelled to. I have been an EZ Pawn shopper for decades, going back too when it was Pawn Plus here in the Vegas valley. Every few weeks or so I stop by the EZ Pawn on Craig Rd and Tenaya to see what’s new on the floor and am always greeted by Dominic. Not only am I greeted by him but I am greeted by name. With the amount of traffic in that store I am always blown away that he remembers, and if my kid is not with me, Dominic always asks about him, WOW. Never any pressure to buy but always on top of things if I need something behind the glass. His product knowledge and personality are amazing and genuine, not to mention the great deals that I get!! With his customer service, positive attitude and professionalism, I would be surprised if he didn’t get multiple job offers from EZ Pawn shoppers. Tried to call your store and speak with a manager but in about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting no one could find the time to pick up the phone so when you change your store policy make sure that your employees understand it's not their policy but your store policy that has changed and they might want to properly inform the customers of that instead of being rude in addition to that to make someone feel or to insinuate that someone has too many phones or is a thief by a comment that is made is completely unacceptable you need to get your store employees and check and teach them customer service because based on the signs all over your store it's about your customers and your desire to see your customers smile so now you have this review posted on Google about how your store employees do not know how to treat the customers that walk in there perhaps you will review how things are handled...
