Avoid this school—they only care about money. I was planning to take CNA classes there, and I have a family member who is currently attending Marlene Training Center. They told her she could pay $500 upfront and cover the rest in small payments, but every time they saw her, they pressured her for more money. She ended up giving them more than $700, yet they are still demanding more.

The afternoon instructor doesn’t teach the material or skills properly, and when my family member brought this up to the staff and Marlene herself, nothing was done. My aunt struggles to understand the material, and when she asks questions, they make her feel dumb instead of helping. Now, they’re withholding a book she needs just because she still owes less than $300 —and she’s only been there for a month and a half.

🚨 DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS SCHOOL! 🚨 They mislead students about payment plans, pressure them for money, and refuse to provide necessary materials until they’re fully paid. We trusted them because of their website reviews, but now I wonder if they wrote them themselves or forced students to leave positive feedback. There's no way they have that many good reviews while treating students this badly.

Save yourself the stress and waste of money. They have a strict no-refund, no-return policy, so once you pay, YOU ARE STUCK. There are plenty of other schools where you can take CNA or HHA classes and actually learn. Consider this your warning—do what you want with this information, but if you value your time, money, and education, find another school! I don’t have a good experience with this school at all,Because they have bad experience in the past with other students who they give credit and they don’t come back to pay,they treat everyone the same.I needed to renew my HHA CERTIFICATES And I’m no longer living in Broward county live almost in Orlando and I went to the school asking them if they can renew my certificates and I can send the money by Zelle when I start working because used to be like that before,They been treated me like krap!!
