Fantastic customer service and great staff. Went to this store on Sunday for the first time and I'm so glad I did. Found exactly what I was looking for at very affordable prices. I'm already excited to wear my new outfits. I want to give a special recognition to one Ms Amelia. Such a lovely lady. Very helpful and patient (I made several trips to the fitting room). I never felt rushed or made to feel like I'm a bother. She would check on me and offer other selections if I wasn't sure about my ensemble. What a woman! As a content creator, I often do store walk-throughs to share what’s new for the season. I was surprised to be told that recording isn’t allowed, especially since I’ve done so before without issue. When I reached out to customer service, no one could confirm whether this was a franchise rule or a corporate policy. I ordered several things on line on 9/27. They arrived about 2 weeks ago. I went into the store to return 1 item within their 30 day policy. 9/27 to 10/27. Although I'm within 30 days and the items were only delivered 2 weeks ago, I was only given a partial store credit of 19 when I paid 31.00. This is wrong and bad business. 9/27 to 10/27 is 30 days.
