I had the WORST experience and WALTER the manager made it even more horrible when he arrived. They gave me the wrong order 3 times. I got the Dungeness special with buttery garlic . I really don’t understand how the cashier got to add ramen noodles in my order. When I notice my order was wrong I told the waitress who had an attitude and said she didn’t give me the order. She took my order back into the kitchen, they take the noodles out and bought me the same order. When she placed the order in front of me I was under the impression that they remade the order because I told the waitress I don’t eat noodles. When I open my order and was about to eat I notice strains of noodles in my order. I stop another waitress(TAMARA) I explain to her the situation and what they did she carry the order back and reassured me that she discard that order and they’ll make me a new order. She carried my receipt so they can see my order and my seasoning. Why the 3 third they gave me the BOOM seasoning.
I explained to Walter the situation I told him the wait time and that I eat over the last order cause I was extremely hungry after having to wait almost 2 hours. He said well I can’t refund your money nor give you a discount(I didn’t ask for either) I can make you another order. I told him no it’s ridiculous and I’m already turned off on how many times I had to send my order back. And I said I’m out asking for a refund I told you this so it don’t happen to another customer. HE WAS VERY ANNOYED AND WASNT GIVING ME A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE SO I TOLD HIM IM GOING TO LEAVE REVIEW IM NEVER COMING BACK AND I”LL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO COME BACK AND I FEEL AS IF I WAS WHITE HE GIVEN ME BETTER SERVICE.
AS I WAS LEAVING WALTER WAS DISCUSSING MY ORDER WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER SAYING WELL THATS WHAT SHE ORDER AND TALKING FOOLISHNESS.
TAMARA should be the MANAGER. WALTER need training in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I left a full bag only ate the tail ,1 egg...
Read moreThe new Crafty Crab location in Lauderhill, right in the Lauderhill Mall parking lot, is a hidden gem that deserves more attention. This spot is exceptionally clean and well-kept, and I was immediately greeted upon entering. I had ordered ahead online for a quick grab-and-go, but the welcoming ambiance changed my mind—I asked if I could dine in and was happily accommodated.
Myself and son ordered a crab boil, which came with crabs, corn, shrimp, potatoes, sausages, and hush puppies. The portions were generous, and we ended up taking some home because we were so stuffed. The comfortable, inviting setup makes it a great spot for a party or a small family gathering, and the central full bar adds a nice touch for adults looking to enjoy a drink with their meal. There are numerous TVs hung around the restaurant, making it easy to catch some entertainment while you eat.
This location has so much potential. With a bit more advertising, I think it could really take off because it’s such a comfortable and welcoming place. I loved the food, the staff, and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be back when I’m...
Read moreI was hungry the wife “could eat” and after some deciding we ended up choosing crafty crab as she has never been.
We had an awesome server Zach who gave great suggestions and made amazing drinks!
We started with some hush puppies and our 1st drinks (2 for 1 special). Had some great conversation, put on our bib and gloves and waited our feast.
I ordered the crab boil with Cajun and garlic butter seasoning and the fire level of spicy. The wife had lobster and shrimp, with the boom ( all seasoning mixed together) our food really hit the spot.
We both agreed that it was an excellent decision!
I did wish It had a bit more sauce and it was easily remedied by asking the waiter and paying a small up charge. :)
It was a lot of food and I do have some left overs!
Some other notes. We came In around 5pm ish and it was not to busy, seated and attended to right away. With the main entrees coming out in a reasonable time. Great decorations and I enjoyed the music playing. Next time, we have the feeling for crab boil I know...
