Do you go to Spanish establishments and hear Haitian music? No. so why is a Haitian restaurant promoting another culture instead of ours. So we are forever unable to establish a respectable and authentic place where we can congregate? So you’re serving the Haitian community, making a gain, and not promoting it at the same time? If it couldn’t be Haitian music it should have been trending music on the radio. This happened today; find a bar tender who is more attuned to actually pay attention to customer; not ask his customers, half asleep, to come sit next to him to minimize his effort. He had poor customer service from the beginning because his end peace was sitting at the bar. The numbers exchanged and a paying customer not services. The terrible music was just a good excuse to start this conversation… ridiculous. Ayisyen pa ka toujou chyen ap manje chyen. Ou pa wè lòt nasyon ap pouse pwòp frè yo pou mounn deyò. Pou ki nou menm nou fè l? Kilè n’ap aprann rasanble nou, nou menm? This is unacceptable.

It amazes me how ignorant people can be, I come here often to get food to-go… I see below some discriminating comments about the music and decor about the Spanish community and you can tell that they are all related..and the fact that you will post a costumer is very inappropriate. If you visited this restaurant you can see that there is a juke box where you have to insert money to change the station. If you’re broke just say that. This is a sports bar I’m not sure if you were expecting a 5 star restaurant… I am Haitian and Puerto Rican and found those reviews highly inappropriate and not Irrelevant and had to say something because I felt targeted… so you’re saying that a restaurant can’t be diverse ? So I can’t bring in my father who is Puerto Rican?… very prejudiced I’ll say. If you’re going to leave reviews I advise that you post the truth instead of trying to bash a business. The food here is amazing and have nothing but good experiences

As a Haitian-American professional who barely has time to cook, I'm always in search of authentic Haitian cuisine, and Pavillon Restaurant & Bar in Lauderhill has just that! I was introduced to this restaurant through a random Google search for Haitian restaurants that served one of my favorite dishes, boulette (fried Haitian meatballs). I tried theirs and have been hooked ever since. The meatballs are well-seasoned with a spicy kick, making them absolutely delightful. For a side, I always get banan peze (fried plantains) and diri kole, which is rice and red beans—Haiti's national dish. Both sides complement the meatballs perfectly and add to the authenticity of the meal. The owner is a warm, pleasant woman who provides great service, making every visit enjoyable. If you're looking for authentic Haitian cuisine, Pavillon Restaurant & Bar is the place to try.

Giving a one star is my first choice, for service however it wouldn't be fair to the people who really work. I went by on Friday night. Invited by a few people. i sat in the back dining area. The vibe was good, the music was on point.. it was good reuniting with alot of back in the day peeps. .But.... ..I Asked for a drink and received some type of something.. was definitely not a drink. So i sent it back... came back worst... Horrible.. I advised the waitress i Did Not want that girl serving my drinks. The waitress , as cute spanish girl , was very empathetic. She told me she would get it fixed.. Also some peeps from my area went to the bar and got nothing but attitude from the short girl behind the bar... she has No Business behind the bar. Then to top it off, when we're going to the bathroom, we see a lady with a yellow dress ( Im guessing shes the owner) arguing with the Only Person that was actually working.... the drinks are very expensive... more than downtown... but overall ... the vibe was nice, the Dj was very good.... had me dancing .... the lady at the bar was very cool... and on point.... her drinks were great.... I'll definitely come back , but on Friday...... overall had a great time...changing from 3...
