I recently visited Juci Beef and had the pleasure of being served by three incredible ladies who truly made my experience unforgettable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were second to none.

First, Ashley greeted me with such genuine kindness and enthusiasm. She made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door, and her friendly demeanor set the perfect tone for the meal. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and her positive attitude is contagious!

Then, Keshana was in charge of assembling my order, and she was quick, efficient, and precise. Not only did she ensure everything was done to perfection, but she also took the time to ask about my preferences. Her thoughtful questions and attention to detail truly impressed me.

Finally, Candy wrapped up my visit by delivering the final touches with a smile. Her service was fast and professional, and she made sure my order was just right. She even added a personal touch by engaging in a friendly conversation, making me feel valued as a customer.

These three women went above and beyond, ensuring that my visit to Juci Beef was more than just about great patties, it was about excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning, not just for the delicious food but for the top-tier service provided by these outstanding...

From the moment I walked up to Juici Patties, I felt genuinely welcomed. The manager, Shakeria, greeted me warmly by holding the door open and welcoming me in with a smile. Right away, I noticed how clean and well-kept the establishment was, which set a great tone for my visit.

At the register, one cashier was assisting a customer, but another cashier named Candy quickly noticed me and came over to take my order without hesitation. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and urgency. She also asked for my name when placing the order and continued to say my name throughout our interaction, which made me feel incredibly comfortable and right at home.

As I was leaving, I had another lovely interaction with Shakeria. Her aura is so angelic and beautiful—it’s hard not to feel instantly uplifted in her presence. She’s attentive, kind, and has a smile that radiates warmth and appreciation. It’s clear that Juici Patties is extremely blessed to have a manager like Shakeria. Her positive energy pours into her team, and it’s exactly why my experience was so great.

Juice drink fountain, delicious. 5/5 there. However…. They had amazing reviews, but the “service” was awful. I mean my standards for take out are low. A smile, asking what I’d like is enough. But here… no “Hi” or “what would you like?” no eye contact, acted legit like I was unwelcome and was bothering her. She 100% looked at me like I insulted her mother. No effort at all. I had to just guess that she was ready to take my order, I had to guess that she was ready to take my money and the only reason I knew she got my money was because she looked at the person behind me. And it took FOREVER. I think there may have been some machine or staffing issue in the back so I’ll assume positive intent there. After the rude welcome, we were going to leave after 30 mins but they had our food right as we were going. You know the food itself just wasn’t anything exciting. I like Jamaican beef patties and was passing by on while I was in town. My mistake. My BF got a little sick after but they are oily/spicy so again - positive intent. The seating area itself was good, clean for the staffing....
