I vistited this location on Monday June 3, 2019. A young femail and older male were there working. The younger female waited on me initially. To start, the male told her she put too much cheese on my sandwich (which I didn't mind cause I like cheese but I guess there are limits to how much a customer can have so he made sure to bring it to her attention). Anyway when she picked up my sandwich to move it alot of the cheese fell off into the tuna. As the male proceeded to finish up another customer I could hear him complaining about his day. He was very vocal about how it bothered him that customers are never satisfied and always mean or disgruntled (to use my own words). Anyway he takes over making my sandwich and continues his rant about being tired of complaining customers. I told him join the club we all have to deal with difficult people at times. He conitinues his complaining and I just shook my head and left after paying. First of all, he never asked if i wanted chips and drink also I threw my veggie delight sandwich out because one of the vegetables had to be bad. It didn't taste right. Recommendations: Fire the male employee because he should not talk that way around customers. We're the reason he has a job in the first place Do a health/sanitation check on all your food asap before someone files a lawsuit for poisoning. I only gave the 1 star because the young lady still maintained professionalism inspite of the male employees bad behavior. I will never go to that...
Read moreI tried to place an order over the phone for my Nana, my uncle, and myself. I was told by the girl (who was very hard to hear and understand) that we could not place an order over the phone, we have to do it online. My nana had told me that they had been able to place orders over the phone before. Well say we didn't have smartphones or Internet access but needed an order placed ahead of time to be picked up. I've worked for Subway for four years, I know you can place an order by phone, by computer, or by the app. To say we couldn't place an order over the phone is just the staff or manager being lazy, and because of that this Subway lost three customers. I can garuntee we will never be back and make sure to never recommend this particular...
Read moreThe worst service! Got hung up on! Manger “tried to rectify” but never apologized. He simple said they were under staffed and he had to attend a funeral. I understand life happens. The WORLD is understaffed but to hang up when you’re in the wrong is completely unacceptable. I had to drive up to the restaurant during my lunch to get a refund cause apparently “corporate handles refunds”. Just rude, unprofessional! Would never come back here again. Missing half of my order and my sandwich was a disaster! I’ve attached photos for future customers.
