My review is not about the icecream but about the service there was a posting on Eventbrite that advertised for a kids paint party but in the clause it stated if not enough participants the event would be cancelled i called up to the store and spoke with a gentleman who informed me that he had no idea what I was talking about and he would text his manager then hung up I called back asked did we get disconnected he said he ended the call until he could hear from his manager like what? How am I gonna get my answer so the next day I called 2 hours prior to the start of the advertised paint party and the same gentleman couldn't give me an answer said that he hasn't heard anything and doesn't believe the party is happening at the point I was over it but still thought I would just take my 2 year old for icecream and see in person what was happening upon arriving there was a young lady on shift who I asked about the paint party she had no clue what I was referring to then told me typically if something is going on it's in the back I asked her to check she came back and told me yes the party is taking place just wow what level of communication does the employees who are working get to not know there are people in the back one that is totally not safe two they should be able to communicate efficiently about anything taking place in the store without sounding unprofessional or like they don't care this was a waste of my day we just ended up getting icecream on a...

They have a party room! Just went to Sweet Frog for a four-year-old's birthday party. An associate was there to help as needed with the party but also to guide the guests in a few games. All of the children were given little prizes from the games and they got to get their own bowl of froyo and put whatever toppings on they wanted, with help from adults. The grownup guests were allowed to get froyo for a $4 flat rate if they were with the party. I do not know what the cost of the party was, but the associate helping was very helpful and personable and all of the children seemed to really enjoy the experience. I would definitely consider a birthday party there

Today Sweetfrog was horrible! Toppings everywhere! Even when there wasn’t any traffic in the store, someone should have been cleaning up. I asked the rude lady at the cash register was she the only one here and she responded with the attitude, “what”? I said someone should be helping you clean up because it looks disgusting in here. My daughter came in the store and left here ice cream at the front register because we had our puppy with us. I came in and made my ice cream and couldn’t even get any toppings because everything was Esther empty or cross contaminated. I will share some of the videos below.
