I had my hair done by Glenn Nelson “Glenn Roy the salon” in suite 51. I’m so disappointed because I came to him due to his Instagram and I didn’t receive what he advertises. He only post what he knows he takes his time and fully does. I had got a silk press with washing and conditioning, a protein treatment and a trim. While washing my hair he ran out of product and didn’t even bother to get more to spray the other side of my head. The part that really made me want to come is his signature trim which I did not get. I paid $140.00 and was devastated that I received a lackluster service and not even the full service that initially got me to come and try him versus my old salon...BIG MISTAKE. I wish I never came to him and I am beyond unhappy...in comparison to his Instagram “glenn_hairartist87” I feel like those “what I asked for versus what I got” I will never return, don’t believe the hype on his page he only post what will get you in the salon then picks and chooses who he will actually give good service too and I’m so upset he doesn’t give EVERYONE the same treatment that’s on his Instagram...

Employee came out of this shop and told my elderly father she would knock his teeth out after her girlfriend literally watched us work on a vehicle in the parking lot and told us she would teach us. I see this as a racially motivated attack as the employee came out after her lover watched us, talking crap about not using the parking lot to change a battery in the auto shop parking lot. When police were called a d the employee followed my elderly father yelling at him. Have the video of this gem of a human. Who kept telling me she would beat me, but had no balls to touch me, just yell like the entitled brat she is. This just sucks because we used to use this shopping center, but thanks to this one interaction with someone who is supposed to be an employee getting in business that had nothing to do with her. I’ve been a client of Joy Bell’s (Suite #41) since 2015 and I love her! She is always professional, timely and of course she’s a great stylist. Every time I leave her salon I take a stack of her cards because I know people will ask me who did my hair. I was even stopped in the Atlanta airport once by a women who lived in Washington DC and wanted Joy’s info! I’ve referred so many folks to Joy...when my mom is in town she comes to see Joy and my young daughter also gets her hair done for special occasions. With Joy my hair is happy, healthy and beautiful. Not to mention when I get my eyebrows done they look like those of a runway model. Joy can do all things color, cuts, natural silk press, make-up, eyebrows...you name it she’s got you.
