Absolutely terrible! I go in to return earrings and i am INSTANTLY met with an attitude by the manager no less. Her employee told me that the return policy was 30 days at checkout, full well knowing I was purchasing earrings, and failed to mention that earrings were final sale. When I explained this to the manger she shut me down immediately and berated me about how it is clearly stated on the receipt. She took NO ACCOUNTABILITY for the misunderstanding that occurred due to her employee's actions and refused to come to a solution. I told her she had lost a customer and she gave no mind at all.
