J.Lynn Bridal was a gem hidden away that I was so thankful to have found. After having a disappointing experience at another salon, I took a chance and booked a last-minute Thursday night appointment with J.Lynn’s. Upon entering into the salon, I was greeted by Kay, who was going to be my consultant for the night. I was offered water and sat down to discuss the types of dresses I liked, didn’t like, was willing to try on, and most of all my budget. I was very adamant that I had a budget and wanted to stick with it. Kay understood me completely and took me to comb through some dresses on their main wall, which was their active stock of dresses. We then went to the other side which was their discount dresses side. They were having a sample sale when I went in and the dresses on that side were deeply discounted. I tried on about 6 or 7 dresses and out of those I had found the dress that became the one I wore to my wedding. Everything about the dress both met my expectations and surprised me, as I never would have thought I would have worn a dress with a high neck. I knew it in my head, my heart and my gut that this was my dress, and not only was the dress perfect, my experience was too. Kay took every minute to listen to what I had to say about each dress and she responded to both my verbal replies and my nonverbal ones and never once pressured me towards buying a dress. She said it had to feel right to me! Rather than be out on a stage in front of other brides, it was just myself and Kay, which I appreciated much more than I realized. I highly recommend J.Lynn Bridal for those who are wanting an intimate experience, quality, affordable dresses, and wonderful staff to help you through every step...

Update as i cannot respond directly. First off I was not rude by any means to the employee and if you watch the footage like you said then you would see/hear that. Dont be upset because I gave an honest review of my experience. It was not offered to us for free so I'm not sure where that information is coming from. The response provided shows more than enough that you don't care about customer satisfaction. I wasn't asking for her to apologize "multiple times". And the suit did not arrive 1 week after originally ordering and on top of receiving the suit it would have needed altered and hemmed. You as the company should just take the accountability and not be rude to guest that planned to pay hundreds of dollars. It would of been nice if you guys checked the order we put in and checked what arrived before having people drive clear out of town to pick something up when material is missing.

Didn't have the greatest experience. We ordered a suit and was told it arrived, drove all the way from out of town to come try it on. We noticed the shirt and vest were missing and the girl just said "i wasn't a part of this order, it was these 2 girls" and threw them under the bus. I was very disappointed and asked if we could have a discount of some sort as out wedding is next month and we still needed to find someone to hem and do alterations. She said no and said sorry but did not seem sincere. We also kept getting disregarded while she chatted with others. Will not...

I love this place! Martha was so professional and sweet. She took the time to ensure that I felt comfortable and she respected my privacy while she helped me put on a ton of dresses. She even had a little fan going since it’s actually a lot of work putting on lots of heavy dresses. I found a few that were absolutely gorgeous! She really took the time to try and understand what I was looking for. After my appointment, she and some of her coworkers emailed with me back and forth to really try and craft my murky vision for my wedding dress and make it a reality.

I do want to say that I ended up buying another dress from a sample sale at a different shop. It was more within my budget ($400 instead of $1600-$2000). My wedding budget is small which is the ONLY reason I bought a sample sale dress elsewhere. The prices at JLynn Bridal were very reasonable though - even at the full price. While I did not buy my dress here, I NEEDED to say that this store is worth supporting! I didn’t write a review like this for the other shop since I just got a cheaper dress from them. The experience was totally different with less respect for my privacy and less attention to what I was really looking for. JLynn Bridal was definitely the superior experience. I hope this review brings in more happy customers!!
