So much attention to detail, knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions for finish work, efficient, and what great guys! It's pretty intimate having somebody in your home and we enjoyed them so much and our many interactions. We just completed our 7th project with Krings. We're every bit as thrilled with this one as we were with the first. The experience and the outcomes have kept us coming back over the 15 years we have owned our home. Mark has been our tile installer for the last several projects and he does fantastic work with great attention to detail. Meredith has been our designer for most of our projects and she has been great to work with. So far so good - haven't gotten to the installation stage. You'll spend more here, but for quality and service. I have been indecisive... Brenda has been friendly, helpful, and gone the extra mile to ensure I got the flooring I wanted even though it was discontinued before I finally made the purchase. Brenda has been kind and not pushy - she just kept checking in periodically! I'm really looking forward to seeing the new floors and carpet! Next I need to decide on...
