Despite the 45-minute journey, her expertise and friendly personality make every minute worthwhile. The level of customer service and product knowledge displayed by Colleen and the team is truly astounding, leaving me no choice but to share my exceptional encounter. Today I was able to meet Ella for the first time and she's super helpful and very knowledgable.

Come back Rick. It's unfortunate that you had a bad experience. As one of the employees mentioned in your review I had to respond with the facts. How do I know I was one of the employees? As soon as a mention of smoking around fireworks at Trav's is posted, the security video is reviewed to see which employee is being immediately terminated for lighting up. There are signs that state "Smoking is NOT permitted within 75' of the building'.What Rick saw was two veteran employees wearing their Party at Trav's t-shirts (provided) eating pizza (again, provided) on a paid break. We were followed out the EMERGENCY EXIT. I did attempt to draw your attention because all purchases are checked at the main double door entrance. Over the past few days we have had hundreds of satisfied and happy customers wait to have their receipts verified. The cashiers inform customers to keep their receipt handy because it will be checked. It's a party atmosphere: music, firework videos to assist customers, cash registers, etc. It can get loud so perhaps you didn't hear that reminder. Party at Trav's is one of few retail establishments that does not willing go along with allowing people to boldly steal. In preventing theft,Trav's is able to keep the price of fireworks the lowest in the area....

SHOUT OUT! Be it fireworks / celebration time or the season of Halloween that's upon us, this store has never disappointed.

Usually knowing what I need, I'm in and out due to a GREAT selection, but, when trouble arose after getting home and the "hey kiddo, try this one" happened, I made a mistake in my selection.

Called the store, and spoke with them about the ordeal quickly and they were kind, courteous and understanding. When I mentioned coming back the next day, I asked their name, and low and behold, It was Travis himself.

So many times we rarely deal with business owners themselves, only their staff, who, reflect the business. Trying to boost the trend of GREAT reviews for shopping LOCAL.

You've played a huge part in some great memories for a lot of us here while we celebrate. Hope you know that.
