Horrible Office People! I have never had such a horrible experience as with the staff answering the phones! They were rude and not helpful when calling to make an appointment. Calling because I was referred to a doctor there, that no longer was and they told me they no longer work there and hung up on me. Didn't bother to ask me if they could schedule me with another surgeon. Then I was referred to them again to another doctor and was laughed at on the phone by the person because that doctor didn't even exist even though it was the name and # given to me from the referral system. Cancelled my appointment altogether with them - if the office staff is this rude on the phone how can you trust them...

How do you rate a doctor who saves your life ? Calms my family and keeps them informed.. Shows concern on every follow-up.. Does not let you go until he is sure that you are back to good health.. Look all you want but you will not find a doctor like Dr. Elsey.. He was given the talent and he keeps on expanding his knowledge..There has to be a level higher than 5 stars.. He sets the bar for that level..Great staff backs this great doctor.. They are at the same level and there is none finer...

I had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Wallace Martin 2+ years ago, and it went perfectly, and I continue to feel great. I sent 2 neighbors to Dr. Martin for same procedure, and they had perfect results too. I paid cash, and they provided all costs in advance, and the actual bill matched the quoted costs. I felt it was very reasonably priced for the care I received. I have since moved out of State, but if I ever needed any procedure done that they provide, I'd return to Gwinnett to...
