Placed my order online. It was a bbq brisket sandwich with double meat. My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up, which was exactly 15 minutes after I ordered it. Noticed the workers were all sitting in the lobby on their phones, with no one behind the counter, which was 🚩#1. I got in the car to check my food, noticed it was kind of cold, which was never the case when I ordered a brisket sandwich from other Firehouse locations, that was 🚩#2. I ordered double meat, and it appeared to be just the regular sized portion, and that was 🚩#3. My blood sugar was low, and I didn't feel like driving back, so I ate it, and the next morning, I spent the majority of my day in the restroom because of a stomach virus.🤢💩 Apparently, the workers didn't feel like working that afternoon, so they probably quickly slapped my sandwich together so they could get back to their phones and didn't properly cook the meat on my sandwich, which is why it was cold. The waitress said her name was stormy, I just had surgery so I couldn’t come out, I had been wanting a firehouse roast beef sub so bad. So I send someone to pick it up, he decided to get a turkey sub while he was there. I wanted a little of the house sauce that sits on the counter with the other sauces, I knew he wouldn’t know which one so I called back and stormy could she put some in a tiny container which they usually have sitting near the hot sauce, she told me know, that if I want it then he have to get it himself, 👀 I would not buy another sub from here for nothing. Read moreThis is our go-to firehouse and typically they're great, but I saw somewhere online that kids eat for $.99 on Sundays and Wednesdays. I ask Alex and he says it's only Sundays. I let him know that I saw it on the website and to let somebody know so they can remove it. He starts muttering under his breath and I ask him to repeat what he's saying and he just keeps mumbling stuff. He had a really crappy demeanor and not very friendly whatsoever. I decided to leave because of his attitude. I'm not looking for anything free, just feel like custo6service should be a priority in this day in age.
