My daughters bday and she's been asking to go to Hooters. Server took our drink order, came back a few minutes later and said she was distracted and to take the drink orders again. We should of left then. We ordered our food--wings, that's it, no modifications, nothing! We waited over 30 min for our food, mind you it wasn't very busy, she then brought our food except for 2 of them, 10 min later she brought 1 more, and it was wrong, she said the kitchen messed up and would be 5 min. We had started eating and the wings we had and they were barely warm?? They come out of a fryer, how can that be?? After another 10min the final 2 dishes came out, the rest of us were pretty much done eating, had to grab her again cause she forgot our water, and sides of ranch for both orders, and silverware which we never got. Then we realized the wings were not breaded, I went to find her, she didn't even look at them but said they were breaded cause she ordered it that way??? I just said whatever, and went back. A few minutes later the manager came to our table and asked us what was wrong, it was such a joke at that point I just asked for the bill. We gave the server 2 cards, and she asked did it matter which card is swiped first??? I don't know what that means-- and we're restaurant people. She then came back 2 min later again and asked how we wanted this split???? It's 2 cards, and we said split. 50/50???? It was so comical but sad at the same time. And since we're in the business, we tipped more than we probably should. I wish i read the reviews first before coming. One word: training, looking cute's not...
Read more-5 Stars. Just came from this location. We got there and ordered our drinks and an appetizer. We got 3 out of the 4 waters we ordered and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the alcoholic beverages. Another 30 minutes goes by and our waitress is nowhere to be seen. She’s sitting in the back putting together silverware and talking to some guy who she clearly cared about more than us. She finally brings our appetizer and she explains that the reason why it took so long is because they put it in a to go box. Finally the food starts coming out. First my boyfriend and brother-in-law get their food. Just the wings they ordered without the fries. My boyfriend’s wings were burnt on one side but were supposed to be fried which confused me, and my brother-in-law’s wings were clearly freezer burnt. Next my sister-in-law gets her food. The fries my boyfriend ordered were never seen, and I spent 25 minutes waiting for my food while everyone else was eating. When my food finally comes out, it’s cold so it was clearly sitting there for a minute. We asked to speak to the manager and was informed by our unapologetic waitress Ana, I believe her name was, that he has been in the back this whole time. After waiting 10 minutes to speak to the manager who never showed his face ( to our “surprise” ) we left. I will never go back to this location if it’s the last establishment open for food. The service was horrible and it seems like they don’t have their stuff together at all and clearly don’t care about...
Read moreIf your hungry; please pass by this restaurant. We arrived. Was informed that there was a staff shortage and there would be a 35/45 minute wait. That was fine. We finally were seated. Ordered drinks and appetizer. My partner got a drafted beer; it was warm/room temperature. I got a margarita; it lacked ice and taste. So our appetizer comes out; I’m looking at the wings like what chicken did these come off of. They were exceptionally huge and shaped weird. I immediately regretted ordering wings as my main entree. To make a long story short; I waiter Trinity was all over the place to the point she forgot our food. When it arrived it was cold. We sent the fries back; they reheated the ones we sent back; it was plainly obvious and unacceptable. At that point, my hubby and I packed up the food, paid and left. Our food was a disaster and as result we ended up giving it to a homeless man on the corner rather than waste. We had a 60 tab and went home hungry. I didn’t take any pictures as the date night was technology free with the exception of the QR code. I say this to the company; if you do not have the staff to run the business, it’s ok to alter the hours and or make changes to prevent this from happening. I was super excited to try hooters for the first time and with this experience it will...
