Friday we found 2 screw in our salad. 2. And they just said oh we can make you a new one. We found one in the box and one in the Actual Bowl because we already starting dispersing the salad and it fell off on someone salad fork into their bowl. What if they chocked on it. When we called the second time with a complaint of finding the second screw, only then did they offer to refund. They didn't even have a answer as to why, all I got was we chopped it fresh that morning. We asked if they had a handy man come in, looking for some reason they should have screws laying around and they said no. So no handy man and no work done, fresh cut salad and all you can say is we can make you anther one, its highly unlikely you will see another one. It SHOULD OF BEEN HIGHLY UNLIKELY to FIND the FIRST SCREW, MUCH LESS TO FIND a SECOND ONE. I can think of NO reason the salad would go from they chopping block to the bins with screws in it unless they PUT them THERE. I have Pictures. Be careful if you eat here they might have someone sabotaging the food. I can think of no other reason to find those in there, not to mention there lack of concern. SOMEONE COULD HAVE CHOCKED ON THAT or worse DIED FROM INTERNAL DAMAGE. and All You can say id oh you can bring it up here and we can Give you a new SALAD. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME. WHAT KIND OF...

There is multiple times I have called orders in and I show up to someone confused/frustrated at the register, and no order has been prepared, after being called in 15 minutes ago...the lady asked if I even called the right store, which I used to visit often. I called back to verify the location was correct, and I had the correct location. The guy who picked the phone up didnt know what he was talking about, or even that this was the Lawrenceville location. They need more training or more staff. I won't be going back at this point because of the bad customer service, and lack of getting my food. I only call in to go here for quick/effective food for my family and its been twice that I was forced to leave without my pizza after showing up 15, to 20 minutes, when I called in a to go order for a single pie Edit: I was hoping to improve or even delete this review since I took the time to reach out as they requested a couple weeks back and provided a really kind list of suggestions but recieved a lack of response. HORRIBLE, something needs to change, for such a good pizza place, they are the absolute worst, especially ordering over the phone, they put you on hold and dont even tell you to please hold.. my coworkers and I ordered a pizza for delivery at 11:00, it took 34 minutes ( we timed it) for the guy Rick on the other line to even comprehend what we wanted to ordered, he kept forgetting what we were talking about, for example the sandwhich combo comes with a drink, and when we said we wanted a fanta orange, he said oh a litter of the fanta orange..? NOOOOOO the one that comes with the combo, and god forbid you want to split the payments up or have multiple orders, they really dont understand that either, I would rather pay more money at Pizza Hut, than to deal with this lack of service, its fast food, not rocket science, and Im sure management knows all this and they probably do not care what so ever which is sad, because you can only make customers annoyed for so long before your business goes into the ground, HIRE NEW PEOPLE.... cause I will not recommend this place to anyone... by the way its now 12:42 and we still have yet to receive...
