I usually get take out from here! I usually get chicken and broccoli with extra broccoli! I’m a regular and I’ve never been disappointed with how my food has tasted. My one complaint would be that they have charged me the same price for this meal even when I asked for no rice and I don’t think that is fair, but I never confronted them on it, nor am I running their business so who am I to tell them what they should and shouldn’t do. 😅 So I just started getting the rice anyway though I don’t always need it. This isn’t a reflection on the taste of their food though. So I’m not voting them down for that. They are also very open to making changes to meals to you if you ask nicely. Lol I have asked for General Tso’s chicken with the sauce on the side and veggie delight with the sauce on the side and they did it with no complaints. Customer service has always been good. Disappointed by Customer Service, Not Worth the Hassle

I’ve ordered from Golden Palace several times in the past mainly because the food is affordable and decent, not amazing, but solid enough for a quick meal. Unfortunately, what keeps ruining the experience is the customer service.

Every time there’s an issue, especially with late deliveries, the woman who answers the phone is immediately rude and unhelpful. Rather than listening or offering solutions, she shifts the blame onto the customer, telling you to order at a different time or call directly instead of using delivery apps. It feels like you’re being scolded for simply wanting the service you paid for.

At the end of the day, the food isn’t good enough to justify dealing with that kind of attitude. I’m finally taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other spots that treat their customers with...

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERIVICE!!!!! I PLACED AN ORDER AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR SINCE THEY ARE SO BUSY. I CALLED BACK 5 MINUTES LATER TO CANCLE THE ORDER DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND THEY SAID THE FOOD WAS ALREADY ON THE WAY! OBVIOUSLY NOT! IT WAS GOING TO TAKE AN HOUR TO GET HERE!!!!! THEN THE DRIVER CALLS ME AND SAYS HE IS ALREADY ON THE WAY THEN EXPLAINED THE FOOD IS ALREADY COOKING WHICH MAKES NOT SINCE!!!HE IS OBVIOUSLY LIEING TO ME. HE STATED THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I CALLED THE STORE BACK AND THE LADY SAID YOU WASTED OUR FOOD AND YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. I HAVE RECORDED CONVERSATIONS WITH THE EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND I WILL MAKE SURE THIS WILL BE REFUNDED OR I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTING FOR THE MERE PRINCIPLE THAT THEY WILL NOT STEAL FROM ME.
